    • I’ve had my share of regrets but this is by far the biggest mistake I ever made
The only reason it’s got any star is because I can’t rate with 0. Because believe me. It deserves 0. Awful. By far worst company I’ve ever purchased a product from. I have several issues with the product and frankly the manufacturer and customer support is even more sub par. I ordered this item in December of 2023. All seemed well until I’m unpackaging the item and find another persons name and return packing slip in the box like they’re shipping out returns without even so much as looking at them let alone servicing it. Mind you I purchased it as a NEW item. This was strike number 1. I thought well it seems everything works fine but I’m going to submit a support ticket to the company directly anyways. So I did this and weeks went by along with two additional emails inquiring to the company as to why this happened as well as reporting to them yet another issue I discovered with the product. The “Bluetooth” or “app-enabled” feature is nonexistent. Followed every single troubleshooting guide and forum page and directions from anything from their site to expert sites elsewhere in an attempt to circumvent, whatever lack of Bluetooth there appeared to be trying my very best to make the most out of the situation that increasingly got worseEach attempt proved less fruitful than the prior as I received zero response from their support staff in any manner in regards to any of the numerous occasions I had reached out. Feeling utterly hopeless at this point, it’s been six months with no response, other than to give me the typical: “Your ticket has been created, and someone will reach out to you… etc,” automated responses so I assumed I’m stuck with a lemon purchase. Over the next few months here and there I would continue to attempt to reset reboot or get the app to function and connect or discover the scooter each time to no avail each time even more disheartening than the last. Finally, I reach out to the company one final time About three or four months ago, knowing that obviously the warranty on this purchase has expired by about a month, I simply pleaded with them one last time for a part hoping maybe they would be decent enough to provide for purchase not under warranty or anything, but for me to purchase a new Controller screen board and I would take care of taking it to a shop and having it repaired or replaced if they would just sell me the control board screen, and finally now that the warranty is expired they respond to my request telling me what I already know that my warranty has expired and they will not fix it. I responded to them stating my email was not asking for a warranty replacement. I was looking to purchase a replacement part because at this point I don’t want you to fix the scooter. I will pay a professional to do it. I just want to purchase the part”. their response to this Was “no. that I could purchase another thousand dollar scooter or just deal with the fact that I spent almost $1000 on a falsely advertised half built, pre-returned not inspected supposedly new hunk of crap that is essentially a large paper weight sitting in my garage. This was the first response from an actual support agent that I received in 14 months. Atrocious and appalling don’t even come close to how this company has presented themselves and the shadiness of waiting until a warranty is expired to reply is just juvenile. It’s predatory and demoralizing. I will never ever purchase anything from this manufacturer or any company affiliated with hover-1 ever again in my life nor will I let anyone I know Even think about purchasing anything from this despicable company. I will say however that the scooter was a dream to ride for the 2 months it actually drove before it just stopped moving and and the throttle would somehow cause the temperature gauge to fluctuate instead of move the motor in any fashion resembling motion. All mind you without being connected to an app. Or Bluetooth. And being used. Even though purchased as new. But if you have any wits about you. You will run far away from this product and its creators. Buy kukirin or circooter or anyone but this brand. Save yourself the head/heartache and a year of your life only to be disappointed. ... show more

The scooter looks great but it's not a good scooter. It stops working after a few months. I bought 1 and 6 months later I was on the phone calling them cause it didn't work. They sent me another new one I got it but a couple months later I was on the phone for the same reason. Don't waste your hard earned money on this. ... show more

Excellent value for the scooter you receive with the range, speed, battery life and style. Great transportation to restaurants and stores in my area. A little heavy however I just leave it locked on a pole as opposed to carrying.

Night a good scooter smaller than usual scooters, I'm 5 9 and it felt small. Also recieved mines used with a 110 miles on it trident to get replacement. Talk to Amazon they say have to talk seller and then seller said I have to talk to Amazon so I just returned it
