Took forever to charge, just kidding, took usual amount of time for these, I was just impatient because I was really excited to try it out. Works great, I had a blast riding it all over the house. Only negative is there's barely any space between fenders and wheels so if i place my feet to close to the fenders it rubs sometimes, i weigh 105 so for heavier people it might become a bigger issue over time. Plus side to the blue one, has a battery indicator on top, black one just has a light that's either green or red. Both are awesome, lots of fun! ... show more

This hoverboard did not work right out of the box. We plugged it up and left it on the charger for hours and it would not charge. The light indicating red and then it went to Green showing it was charged but the hoverboard itself would never stay on unless it was plugged into the wall. Bad battery

Had to wait until after Christmas to actually review this since it was a gift for my son. My 9 yo got the hang of it fairly quickly and zips around well on it. My 16 yo has a harder time with it and doesn’t really use it but this was for my 9 yo anyway. My 9 yo can stop on a dime and can get it to do almost anything he wants with it. This was after 3 days. I picked this up for my 9yo and she's having blast on this hoverboard. She's been bugging me to get her a skateboard; so we thought this was a good middle ground. I really like how she can only go so fast on a hoverboard. And because it's electronic, she's inherently more careful with this machine. It charges quickly and lasts until her friends and her get bored using it. But it's the dead of winter, up here in Northern Wisconsin and we don't "play" outside for long stretches of time at the moment. I hope when the weather turns warmer they play with this hoverboard a lot more. It is a ton of fun!!! ... show more
