Took it out of the box to charge it so I could put it back in the box, wrap it up, and give it to my daughter for Christmas. I opened it up and there are scratches all over the finish. I should have noticed the triple taping on the outside of the box that this one was used before. I was pretty upset because it’s too late for me to get another one. It works good. The battery life is awful. You might get 15-20 minutes of riding before the battery needs charging. I probably would not buy again because of the battery life.

My grandson loved it!! Only negative thing is I tried to have it shipped to my grandson in Hawaii, they wouldn't send it to him I had to have it sent to me then ship it out myself. Other then that he said its "Awesome" lol

My 10yr old loves this hoverboard! It seems very easy to ride. When the battery dies, it stops without warning and he falls off. Granted, it probably dies give a warning, he just ignored it due to excitement. Overall, great hoverboard.

This was a gift for my eight year old granddaughter and within three minutes, She was riding and doing turns on this hover board. Of course she wears a helmet when riding it. It plays any music available from a smart phone. Great product for the price.
