A down sides to this was the rubbers on the handles were easily ripped. Another down size was having the appropriate hoverboard and knowing the true size to fit. The first thing you need to do upon opening the box for this item is take the instructions and use them to, your choice - light a campfire, stuff in a leaky window, supplement toilet paper. ANYTHING but actually use as a reference. The ones we received were in no way applicable to the actual assembly of the device, and made the whole process take 3 times as long because we thought it was us that was the problem, and not the directions. Once we recycled them, we were able to get the system assembled pretty quickly. Given the size of the attachment holes and the hardware included, it is fairly obvious what goes where. The device itself works great - the kids love it and it is a lot fun! The lights and smoke are an added bonus, although the rave music can get annoying after a while (for the adults, not the kids). Overall a good purchase but seriously, do NOT use the assembly instructions. ... show more

The Hover-1 Falcon-1 Buggy Attachment is a fun and practical accessory for my hoverboard. The Turbo LED lights add a cool factor, and it's compatible with both 6.5" and 8" hoverboards, making it versatile. The hand-operated rear wheel control is a unique feature and gives me more control over the hoverboard. The adjustable frame is also a plus, as it makes it easier to fit to different hoverboard sizes. The installation process was also straightforward and easy, which is a plus. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The hand-operated rear wheel control takes some getting used to and can be a bit difficult to master at first. Also, the Turbo LED lights could be brighter, which would make them more noticeable in low-light conditions. Overall, I would still recommend the Hover-1 Falcon-1 Buggy Attachment to anyone looking for a fun and practical accessory for their hoverboard. My kids love this thing. It's a spectacle when they ride down the sidewalk at our park with the music and lights and laser blasters going. We've had hours of fun on this and it is a must have for kids with hoverboards. Absolutely worth the money for the entertainment/fun factor alone. If you went to a go-kart track you'd spend this on two laps around a track - so the quality issues, while they are a bummer, aren't a deal breaker and I would still buy this again and will probably buy another one when this one gets too beat up. The seat is comfortable and the metal parts/hardware are heavy duty and work well. The wheels and velcro attachments suck, so it's interesting that parts or this are very high quality good design while others are very low quality and poorly designed. The velcro straps aren't a good design. They are not durable enough material and the way that they are sewn on causes them to easily catch on the ground. The stitching that holds the velcro onto the straps came unraveled in 2 of the 4 straps provided. We had to sew them back on. When riding, the straps scrape/drag on the ground at times, and the straps don't hold up to this and are ripping/tearing. The pads on the feet that sit on the hoverboard aren't flat, so it has caused some abrasions on the hoverboards. The jet engine attachment on the back is attached to the seat by a thin lever of metal, and it sticks out such that when the kids go fast and wheelie it smacks the ground. There should either be a mechanism to prevent wheelies altogether (no fun) or a better design so the jet pack doesn't stick out so much and essentially work as a lever that pushes on the ground when the unit wheelies up. It hasn't broken off yet, but it's only a matter of time. The wheels aren't holding up well, there are chunks coming out from going over rocks and debris. My kids are very small and young, the heaviest is 45 lbs, and my wife and I have never ridden it, so I'm surprised this is an issue and would warn others with larger/older kids. ... show more

Well made product but it doesn't always stop when you want it to. My younger children found this out the hardway. I still think its a cool attachment, but I do wish it had a seperate braking system.
