When used regularly, my migraines are less and my mood has improved dramatically. There are studies to show that red light therapy is being used for so much more than beauty. I love this thing. Have been using this for about month and like that it seems to help with discoloration of skin. Would have given a 5 star but cord is short so have to sit close to an electrical outlet.

I have been using this mask for several weeks now and honestly think I see a difference in my skin-- fewer red spots, dark spots, acne-- and it just has a brighter and softer appearance in general. I use the red light setting at full brightness for 10-15 minutes every other day. The only issue with it for me is that it's uncomfortable. I definitely cannot use it while sitting up unless I hold it with my hands, so I use it lying down. The mask hits the bridge of my nose and leaves marks around my eyes. But it's tolerable. And being forced to lay down with my eyes closed for 10-15 minutes actually helps me relax before bed! Considering that this mask is a fraction of the price of similar products, I would say it is definitely worth it. Of course, it's not a cure-all miracle product (what is?) and should be paired with a consistent skincare routine.

I bought this mask because the price seemed to good to be true. I am thrilled to get 7 colors, because I needed the blue light for acne and to help with SAD. I wanted the red for anti aging. It was a challenge to learn how to use but as soon as I figured it out, it's now easy to use. I was disappointed I began having problems with the color selection and the connection of the wires into the mask, it essentially broke. I returned it with no problem and then ordered another. I've had the new one over a month, and it works perfectly. My skin has responded really well. I use the blue for 10 minutes and red for 5 minutes on high setting. The lights don't bother my eyes. I don't use the elastic band around the head. I just lay back on the bed and rest it on my face. My only complaint is the nose piece does leave a red mark on my nose, but it goes away in a couple of minutes. I love this mask and what it is doing for my skin. I thought I would need the green light for hyperpigmentation, but the blue light worked for that too. I love this so much I use it every day. My 46 yo skin has never looked better. All acne is gone, skin is plump and glowy. I highly recommend it.

I was si excited to try this mask. I used it three times but couldn’t use it anymore because the head strap was not holding the mask properly since the strap was to high instead of the middle & the nose section needs some more cushioning to be more comfortable during use. Unfortunately because of this I returned it but am willing to repurchase if they make it more comfortable to wear.

Results! This product actually delivers results, like next day. The mask is NOT comfortable and I just hold it off my face as close to my skin as possible, don’t really want the plastic, and rubber eyelets, making marks on my face. It just doesn’t fit well on the face. Also it would be incredibly difficult to make one that does fit. Still gonna use it as often as I can. Otherwise, a wonderful product.
