The platter had considerable wobble, causing audible pitch bending while listening to record. The cork TT mat was very thin and considerably smaller than the radius of the underlying platter. Bluetooth connected eventually, but note it works with devices that are version >= 5.3. Overall, not a high quality item, not worth the (already discounted) price I paid, and I returned it. ... show more

We were excited for this purchase given all the great reviews. Looks very nice and at first sounded fantastic, both wired and using the bluetooth feature. After about 3 uses, it sounded scratchy regardless of the audio mode (wired or bluetooth). We have reached out to customer service for support.

The media could not be loaded. This record player is very beautiful and the instructions to set up a very clear. I love the wooden look and the fact that I get several different outlet plugs!
