Delivered quickly. Very sturdy. Took me 8 hrs to put together myself, with the occasional help of my 10 year old to hold pieces upright while I attached others. My only complaint was that many pieces weren't labeled, which meant I had to guess and I was constantly in fear that I would find out 20 steps later that I had to go all the way back and find the right piece. But, very luckily, that never happened, though I was shocked since there had to have been 50 parts or more. Nothing else was missing, except for 2 wooden dowels that weren't a necessity. Very flat paint, with marks all over it and easily stained. Holes pre drilled in the wrong spots. Directions aren’t the best, very poorly written and have to figure most out for yourself.

    • Unclear assembly instructions and feels a bit flimsy.
The assembly instructions are really bad and some of the parts weren't labelled properly. It is hard to determine which side of a part faces which way as well. This lead to a lot of difficulty during assembly - My husband and I are avid DIY'ers so this is not our first time assembling complicated pieces of furniture. The bed itself is good for a young child but definitely feels a bit flimsy - i wouldn't recommend it for an older child. ... show more

    • GOOD BUNK BED FOR SMALL KIDS!
This is a really nice bed and my daughter's love it. I will say that the assembly was a bit tricky on certain parts but overall it was ok. You definitely have to be good with picture instructions, it doesn't have any words to explain the assembly steps.

Don't cheap out like I did, you will regret it with this bunk bed. The instructions are all over the place and not clear, some pieces were drilled incorrectly or not at all. It was a total nightmare. I have a lot of experience putting together furniture from all the stores, but this was by far the worst. The instructions are just so unclear it is going to drive you nuts, and if you aren't at least somewhat good at putting together furniture and using logical reasoning you are screwed. The customer support was very quick and communicative but it just wasn't worth jumping through the hoops to get replacements, etc. We ended up not finishing the stairs and just bought a separate ladder. Like other comment had mentioned it also took my husband all day to put together some pieces were labeled incorrectly so while putting it together we thought we were missing a couple pieces but thankfully we were not ! Overall it’s sturdy!! there are a couple parts I thought could be a bit more study but honestly think it’s fine for my toddlers & the price ! The slide is a little more steep than I expected but my babies love it & I put mats underneath to help me worry less about anyone falling / sliding Down too quickly & I stay with my babies when they want to use the slide. I’m happy with it tho & so are my babies definitely was worth it ! ... show more

    • Complicated but cute
This was the most complicated task I have ever had. The parts came with different labels some of the holes weren’t big enough some of the pieces just didn’t want to fit, I had to legit take a hammer to some parts.

    • It is the cutest bed for a toddler! Love that it can also be a bunk bed.
I love that the little roof part can come off so this bed can be used as kids get older! Can also be used as a bunk bed if you have children sharing a room or turn the bottom part into extra playroom! My only dislike about this product is that the instructions were not very clear when it came to the stairs! Overall very well worth the money! ... show more
