This is a great bedside lamp/alarm clock/noise machine. You can easily adjust the light level and color, and the brightness of the time. I found the instructions easy to follow, but there are a lot of buttons, so it is not intuitive with out the instruction manual. The noise machine helps me fall asleep and stay asleep in a home with lots of creaks and random noises. I would recommend this product, great for the price!

-I am horrible at technology/putting things together, but the youtube video made it extremely easy to follow along and figure it out -It is so aesthetically pleasing -The alarm and sunrise wakeup work as advertized (I just stopped using it because I tend to change my alarms slightly per day and its easier to change it on my phone then the clock, but the clock is still easy to do so.) -My favorite part is the white noise functionality. I live in a home with 3 others and used to constantly be woken up by people in the kitchen, coming home, etc but this white noise helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. I am not exaggerating when I say this is probably the best amazon purchase I'd ever made.

We wanted to get our phones out of the bedroom but still needed an alarm. After trial and error, we decided not to use the sunrise option. May try again just not a half hour before as the light woke us up. You can’t opt out of the light coming on when your alarm goes off, but that is okay. Love the sounds to fall to sleep to at night. The ambiance of the night light (different colors) is great for night and morning when it’s still dark out. You can dim the clock so doesn’t bother you and still see the time if you want to. It’s nice looking and sounding. It takes a little effort to learn how to use it but not too bad. Want to buy this for Christmas presents for family members. Very happy with this purchase.

If you are wanting to buy a sunrise alarm clock, but do not spend a lot of money, buy this! The lighting can be very bright or very dim. There are plenty of sound machine noises and a decent selection of colors for the light. There are quite a few buttons on the top which can be confusing. It did come with a sheet that explains all of the buttons which is very helpful! The only con is that I cannot figure out how to use the alarm sounds along with the sunrise (could be a user error hehe). Overall, this is a great alarm clock to start out with, and see if the sunrise alarm clock is a good fit for you. It would be nice if there was an app to go along with it but this is still amazing!

first off i'd like to say, yeah there's a lot of buttons on this clock, as you'll see like every review complaining about, BUT the pamphlet it comes with walks you through all of it very clearly and easily so... I originally chose this one because I saw it had the option to turn the sound portion of the alarm off, allowing only the sunset simulation to be active so that I can continue using my phone as the alarm itself. Daylight savings + winter in general has always kicked my ass, making it way too difficult to wake up at 6am when its then dark for another like 3 hours.... But the sunrise light feature on this brought me back to summer routines, and I'm back to waking up feeling actually awake.

I was on the hunt for a good sunrise alarm clock that doubled as a sound machine, and I ended up choosing this one as it had all of the options I wanted for soothing sounds to sleep to as well as the gradual sunrise wake up light and sound. I’ve used this for a few days now and I’m already completely satisfied with my choice and am recommending this product to all of my friends. There are so many sound options to sleep to including white noise, brown noise, and pink noise which is what I was searching for since most other sunrise alarm clocks did not even contain white noise as an option. There are a ton of other calming sounds as well, so you will have no trouble using this as a sound machine (volume is adjustable too). There aren’t as many wake-up sounds to accompany the sunrise light but I chose the birds chirping and it’s definitely a pleasant way to wake up. 10/10 recommend this product.
