It does seem really cheaply made, but it works fine. Setting up for the alarm clock and sleep timer was simple and easy step. Display is nice and big, dimmer is also nice. It is just so cute! This little clock offers so much while taking up very little space. I love that with a turn of a dial, you can make the time display brighter or turn it off completely. There are many choices for sounds - we use the rain and have never thought it sounded like it was on a repeating loop. There are also several sounds for the alarm which is easy to set and has never failed. When I turn it on after a weekend, it returns to my time and alarm sound, so I don't have to reset it. I use the night light every morning to help my dogs see when they jump off the bed. Just as an FYI, when the alarm comes on, the rain stops and there is a second or two of silence. This is what usually wakes us up rather than the actual alarm. Not a complaint, just letting you know. Would definitely recommend this product.

I got this to replace a “smart” home device that couldn’t consistently function as an alarm clock and brown noise machine - even with my own sound files. So I opted for a simpler approach, and this clock fit the bill wonderfully. Only thing it won’t do is let me talk to it to activate - but sometimes using a laser beam to drive a nail instead of a hammer is the wrong choice. This clock, the variety of sounds and alarms, is wonderful, simple-and unlike many smart devices - RELIABLE.

I've been using this clock for several months now, and I mostly love it! The noise settings are awesome, and I love how you can choose a sound to wake you up in the morning. I especially LOVE the dimmer dial, so I can turn the light of the clock up or down. It's bright enough when turned up that it can almost serve as a nightlight, but I elect to turn it down as much as possible to the point you can barely see it in the dark (I like to have my room be pitch black). I do have a couple issues with it and that is why I've given it 4 stars instead of 5. My issues are: -When the alarm goes off in the morning and I either turn it off or hit snooze, I have to turn the white noise sound back on. I HATE the sudden silence when it turns off, so I've trained myself to find the right button to turn the sound back on while I'm still waking up. -I kind of wish all the buttons had little bumps to let you know where they are in the dark. Like when I want to turn the noise back on after I've snoozed the alarm—I have to feel around for a second to find the right button and I don't always press the right one. -The white noise sound while the clock is on snooze is louder than the original setting. Once the alarm goes off and I snooze it then turn the white noise back on it is pretty dang loud. I don't want to mess with the volume settings though, because I have the original white noise at the exact level I want it, so I just deal with it. Other than these, the clock is great! I plan to keep using it for the foreseeable future.

This is a great all in one clock. I like the size, white noise feature, alarm function, and the night light on the base that has different color options. You can easily adjust the volume and light. The size is ideal for travel and our bedroom. To top it off, they provide great customer service and support. I had one issue and sent them an email. Their rep, Amy was responsive, professional and went out of her way to help me. Thus, a 5 * rating. We now have two.

What a great clock PLUS sound machine! I can't say enough wonderful stuff about it! Although I read reviews saying it's easy to use, I didn't know if that meant by millennials only, rather than older peeps! I'm the parent of millennials and have tried several alarm clocks considered "easy" and "basic" -- and they were NOT so in my opinion. I had every function of this one figured out in just a few minutes! So many awesome features packed into a compact unit that would be great for travel (it's only 4" wide) as well as saving space on a nightstand (or anywhere). It's sharp looking and discreet! The dimmer can be turned down to the point that the display completely disappears. (It is a dial on the back of the clock -- not on the bottom/underside). I do not need the nightlight feature, but the wide-ranging color choices are great for people who do want this. It's got a strong backup battery (included) and a traditional power cord, which is rare these days. There are numerous sound options, and you can choose the sound and volume for everything. The volume and type of alarm you set are independent of the volume and sound you choose for listening pleasure and/or nodding off. I also consider this to be an excellent value for the $$ spent. I chose the gray, and it happened to be on sale as well. I got this mainly for travel but will consider buying another for home use. I tested the alarm right away, and it works great! Every feature seems to work properly. I love this little unit so much that I immediately ordered the protective case as well, which also will be perfect for travel. If you're thinking about making this purchase, I'm confident that you won't be disappointed!

I don't think I've ever written a review for Amazon, but this little alarm clock is awesome! So easy to use. The night light feature and all of the different wake up sounds are just beautiful. It's very elegant for any modern coastal bedroom. I went with the gray and it is very pretty. Highly, highly recommend this alarm clock. You will not be disappointed. It's other best feature is the small dial and the back that you can completely turn off the time LED display if you are a person who likes a completely dark room. It is literally just a simple dial. Fantastic! Whoever designed this took everything into consideration.
