I don’t know why so many people have issues with this dock. Yes, it’s expensive. The quality is top top notch. Actually I think for the price it’s fair. It could be $20 off and be a steal. I am using this to charge my two prime batteries which are incredible. Both charge full speed and fast. The best part is it supports USBC charging too and a USBA. Amazing for the night stand. I am traveling all over Europe and this is the only charger I carry. Supports 120/240 and just need your adapter for the other side and your set. I use it on the airplane too. 65 watt charger on USB C and charges up the big magnetic aligned base battery fast though contacts. I like the battery it charges because the display lets you know how much power is going to each connected device and charge time remaining.

The shipping fast (Anker website takes months to ship!). That alone was worth paying full price vs. 15% off on thier site. It charges your prime power banks quickly, and also acts as a usb charging hub/station! Looks very sleek, and definitely high quality. The base seems heavy enough to not use the included adhesive tape to secure it to my dresser. It’s also magnetic and pulls the power bank into place to ensure it’s properly seated. The power cable IS short, that’s the only downfall. Luckily extension cords are cheap so it doesn’t really matter. Highly recommend if you’re lucky enough to catch it while it’s in-stock here on Amazon! ... show more

It does what suppose to do, charges very fast, charges my prime powerbank 20k under an hour. I do recommend this product. Works only with the anker prime power banks 12k, 20k, 27k

Wirelessly charges Anker Prime battery packs at 100w, and the same with the usb-c port on the side if the device can take it! Very pleased! Brought it on the cruise I’m currently on as of this review and has been awesome to have.

    • Okay but..
My First Amazon review. - Like many who reviewed this, I got this because the prime power bank. - I read the reviews but got it anyway, because the synergy was right up my ally + I can power other things with it. Win/Win! first few months! It's been great! The Power Bank charges my iPad Pro like a champ and this charges my power bank like a champ! THEN it happened. My power bank zeroed out. I put on the base to charge and it just wouldn't charge. It kept cycling power and never really charged at all. I had to charge the bank up to 5% before it actually picked up on the base and charged the rest of the way! THAT IS ANNOYING. But still useable. I am out of my return window.. BUT wanted to share this with everyone who is flustered. With this knowledge it still should be useable to keep it powered.. and if I need to charge it from zero again, I can charge it using a cable from the base to 5% and put it right back on the base again. With it not being able to charge from Zero it kind of makes this thing useless. I would not buy this again. The power bank I would maybe buy again. Thank you! ... show more

It’s a convenient charging stand when at “home base” for the 200w unit, and when not used for that has usb c and an output ports.
