This thing works great. Comes with 2 extensions (only need one), some extra sprayer parts, and a sprayer cleaning tool. The casters are quality with smooth ball bearing action. It rolls very easily. The stainless steel looks great. I wish it was a little bigger, but I knew it was 14" diameter when I selected it. worked great on my sidewalk and two-car driveway. Took about 20minutes to do it all so it's pretty fast. The connections fit my pressure washer perfectly. My unit produces 3200psi and this Hourleey surface cleaner handled that pressure just fine. I highly recommend this product.

AMAZING! Where has this been for the last thirty years? I've been pressure washing my huge cement pool deck with the standard wand tip forever. A single 2- or 3-inch swath at a time took me days to get the job done. This surface cleaner is fantastic. It takes a big swath with each pass, cutting my job time every spring by at least 75%...maybe more. Moves like butter, gliding across the concrete with hardly any effort. Easily attaches to the washer wand. I still need to use a 40 degree tip on the wand to sweep off the deck after I use this as it leaves the loose dirt behind but that's nothing compared to my old method. This baby is wonderful. I just wish I'd discovered it decades ago.

This product worked great. I did driveway, sidewalk, porch and deck. Didn't go "fast" over areas and I had no swirls and it really cleaned the dirt off. My deck looks new again. My friend was so impressed that they've asked to borrow it. Definitely recommend.

Works very well and budget friendly for sure. The handle could be a little more durable but I primarily use the one section. It seems to flex alot but dose not leak water. I was surprised on how little water it used and how well it cleaned for sure!

Very solid and the wheels roll smoothly. Simple to install as easy to change out if you need to put another spray head on. The extra length in the wand keeps from getting a sore back.

Driveway and patio were done in a couple hours vs couple days, no fuss, no mess just did a great job. Not sure why I did not get this sooner. Do use the right soap and let it do its thing before starting… made a huge difference.

I bought this unit because it claimed to be an inch bigger than all of the 18 inch models. The cleaning head diameter is just under 17 inches wide, so maybe they are counting the width of the wheels. Automatic two star deduction for inaccurate description. I have not used the product yet, but wanted to immediately address the false claim of 19" width. I will follow up and provide more feedback after I have given the product a full workout. Follow up: I gave this cleaner a good workout on my concrete foot pass up to my front door. I compared it with my old cleaner, which is about 14 inches in diameter. The larger cleaner was about 10% faster due to the larger surface area, and both cleaners did a comparable job quality wise. The biggest difference was having wheels on this model. My smaller cleaner has no wheels and hovers because of the downward water pressure. But it still makes contact with the ground and requires some muscle to push it along and have the brushes on the edge scrub the surface. The new cleaner (with wheels) was easier on my back and shoulders because you did not have to "lift" the cleaner as you guide it around like on my smaller one. The downside to the wheels was that I was not able to overlap the edges of my walkway because the wheels caught in the space between the path and the grass. The smaller cleaner without the wheels also excels at cleaning pavement that overlaps mulched beds, barely disturbing the mulch and letting you clean the path right up to the edge. (If you are thinking that you can clean the edges of your path with just the wand and a spray head, you are in for a huge messy surprise the second you get too close to the mulch!) The wheels were a showstopper when I tried to overlap the cleaners edge with the mulch bed, getting stuck and causing me to lift the cleaner off the wheels to finish the job, which was a literal pain in the neck. If you have large areas of concrete or pavement to clean, without a lot of of edges that need special attention, then this cleaner is a competent solution at a reasonable price. If your landscape has a lot of beds along your paths that require cleaning, I would recommend a pressure surface cleaner without wheels.

This is awesome! I used it with a 3000 psi, 3 gpm pressure washer. Did 250’ of concrete driveway, 13 ft to 28 ft wide, in about 2.5 hours. It “glides” on smooth concrete surfaces. It is built very well, with a sealed ball bearing. The Stainless Steel housing is not flimsy and the pivot hook seems more than robust enough. Casters are stainless and work very well. The brush skirt also seems well made. I have used this on lightly dirty to heavily “dirty” (black-green algae and moss) and it worked awesome. What’s nice is it doesn’t remove very much of the concrete surface (any pressure type washing will). It is SO much better than using a pressure washer wand and SO much faster. I also did not get soaked, in fact, barely got my feet wet. I did not use the two wand extensions supplied.. they seemed a bit light duty so I tried using my pressure washer wand directly and it worked perfectly. Right height and great control. I should have purchased this years ago. It is an EXCELLENT purchase !
