Chose this stand as I liked how the bottom of the wheel support legs attaches to the base over the ones that use curved tubes at that point. Everything aligned and fit together - the stand itself and attaching my force feedback wheel, shifter, and pedal set to it. Two posts for the steering wheel mount turned out to be far better than getting a stand with a single center post. Bought a different company's seat and that fit correctly too. Being able to keep the wheel/pedals and seat in two separate assemblies is a big help as each is pretty heavy. I bought a couple moving dollies to set and roll around them on, the connecting legs are easy to put in when I want to use it. Next step is to build a better and little higher platform on the dollies to set it on. The biggest downside is not having much faith in the quality of the steel it's made from. ... show more

Easy to put together, shipping was fast and it works great. As expected with this design, the only downfall is the platform for the steering wheel has some side to side play. It is easy fixed going to a hardware store def worth the price.

    • Very unstable using force feedback wheel without modifications
The brackets that hold the wheel platform are very flimsy and when using a good wheel with force feedback floats from side to side. Luckily I have a welder and will be able to add steel to strengthen it up to eliminate this problem

Study and easily collapsible for travel. You’ll need universal seat mounts for the chair you buy but zip ties can work in the interim
