We vacationed at the Hotel del Coronado in May and felt like pampered royalty while there. I collect cookbooks, so this was of particular interest to me. It has so much history intertwined with the recipes, along with beautiful photography. A "must have" for "The Del" lovers!

SO MUCH FUN TO HAVE if you are a fan/follower of The Del. The history and stories included in the book, make it a joy! Don't get it JUST for recipe content. It's a great "look back" into the older days of Del Coronado.

I loved the Del Coronado Cook Book. I'm sorry I've taken so long to write a review. I don't get on the computer very often and it just slipped my mind. The book was received in good condition and in a timely manner. I would definitly buy from this seller again.
