Not bad for the price. Comes with everything really. Just needed to buy a back break light and we’re good to go. Speed is good, solid construction and charging the battery is simple. Just make sure to check all bolts again just in case a few are loose from shipping. Rode the bike for a week and currently experiencing no issues. Comes will all the tools you need to put it together and a usb charger for your phone. Just need to buy a mount. The video instructions could be better quality. When I order my next bike, I’ll make a better version. So far so good and the price is right. ... show more

Nice bike! Just got it, we put it together ourselves, wish the video had sound to help put the bike together a little easier. I love the 21 speeds, I put a better seat on it, they should offer seat options. Haven’t ridden it enough to do a review of the battery life, We are ordering another one. The 4 star rating is only because my rims were slightly scratched and the instructional video could have been better! ... show more

    • Too Tall and Poor Support After First Year
The HoteBike was easy to assemble and ride but it was too tall for my wife who is 5’ 4”. When I contacted HoteBike they said I would need to cut the neck. So it became my bike. I’m 6’2”. I ended up spraining my knee so I wasn’t able to ride for about a year. When I contacted local Ebike shops in Reno, NV , nobody would support it. When I contacted HoteBike, it’s been a long process. I fist contacted them in November and not it is May, so 4 months. From all the troubleshooting done it appears the controller needs to be replaced.. Hopefully, it will be working by this summer. ... show more

This is my third ebike and my favorite so far. The pedal assist 1 through 5 is true to expectations of assistance. I purchased it for my wife and now I am riding it.

    • Great bike, but throttle is lousy.
how fast can the bike go in throttle only? How can throttle be adjusted to increase speed? Purchased bike in 2020 and throttle is very weak. How can we fix or program it? Please send information. Thanks
