Well we wanted to get the hot mom. Stroller last year but it was currently unavailable like it is now we got lucky and two weeks ago ordered . :-) We had a little baby girl she’s six months old now the cushion in the picture was blue I called up and asked them about a color change of cushion and they sent me one for free I chose the black and white one which was a bad choice on my part because it doesn’t look as good as the pink one would’ve looked but that’s neither here nor there the thing that counts is they sent it to me free of cost and DHL status so I came within a matter of days. Whoever runs the show is doing a great job and I really appreciate it now I’m in a have to message you guys and ask for a different color cushion and I’ll Pay for it. If anyone is reading this and they are having second thoughts about buying a hot mom stroller don’t second-guess yourself heavy duty great quality and it looks pretty awesome we get compliments now what are my maxi cozy stroller forgot about the compliments were going to get with this one going to be like movie rock stars well sorry to keep you guys in so long I hope you have a great night oh and by the way were leaving on vacation on May 26 and we were kind of scared that we were going to receive this on time but we got it way before our trip by

Ive only given a one star because I cannot seam to get in touch with anyone from the company this is my 3rd time within a month returning a stroller I've reached out to the company and still haven't gotten a response I just received my hot mom stroller not even five minutes ago 10/2/19 10 am and ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO SEND IT BACK 😠😠😠😠 the hood part is broken so the zipper doesn't work and I cannot attach it to the seat part at this point I don't even want a refund I just want a replacement part! It's a beautiful stroller very comfortable this is why I am fighting to get a new one I'm just seriously disappointed with the lack of communication between the company and its customers simple matters can be resolved with communication I see so many reviews where people say great customer service but I truly beg to differ!!!! UPDATE: IVE FINALLY RECEIVED THE CORRECT ORDER WITH NO DEFECTS all think still haven't spoken with the hot mom company Amazon corrected the issue quickly I'm super happy I've added the new pictures super easy to put together absolutely love it

This stroller is BEAUTIFUL! It was simple to put together and it seems to roll nice and smooth! I am not due to meet my little bundle of joy until mid July, but I already know this stroller is going to be perfect! The customer service is unbeatable too! I reached out regarding the color of the seat cushion and the bottom of the bassinet and they will be sending me the colors I wanted within 4-5 days! I can’t wait to get those to take more pictures! The stroller looks crisp and clean, it comes with a cup holder, mosquito net, and rain protection! It even comes with adapters for a car seat (even though they don’t work for my Britax b safe car seat), but I believe you can purchase a specific car seat to fit this! What a great buy!

We so wanted to love this product. We spent hours making a decision after reading many reviews. Baby is just a week old and we could not wait to take her for a spin. This product looks used, there were scratches on the handles; Egg seat is dented and the handle on the Pram does not latch properly. We almost lost our precious cargo when we attempted to pick her up by handle. The handle came loose. Baby is just a week old and just under 7lbs. It really disappoints us to have to return, but our baby is much more important then a $600 stroller that does not work. I do not want to put her in and find out what else may be an issue. We are sending this back and since we can not afford (or just will not pay the price) a Mima Xari, we will probably go get an UppaBaby. Loved the sleek look of this but just do not feel safe for our precious cargo. 1 point is for the sleek look, which is what we fell in love with. We did many many reviews on this product and just thought the few bad reviews were from customers who are hard to satisfy. I was going to forgo the scratched frame on the stroller because we like the sleek look.

I love the space this stroller provides as well as the options to adjust the seat to your preference. My baby boy had a Doona stroller before & it was way to small for him as he is a big boy for his age. I decided to try this one out & it’s beyond perfect. Also came with a raincoat covering. Will highly recommend.

Loved the stroller the moment I saw it! Wasn’t even pregnant yet. Now that I am pregnant could not wait to buy it! Baby isn’t due for 5 more months so I won’t be using it right away. Easy to assemble, well made and sturdy. Can’t wait to put my baby girl in!

The modern retro look is why we bought it and started using it two months we have concerns, ware and mechanical concerns at this point. When turning it want to oversteer and you have to fight it to keep from turning. The handle material is looking like the print is wearing off. The wheels already sound like there loose inside clanking noise. Folding it it isn’t as easy as the 95 lbs actress on the demo makes it look like. And it’s. Heavy for anybody to lift and it does not fold flat. It’s big heavy and clunky to stow away in our SUV.
