~ Original order noticed the headboard fabric had a rip in it. Contacted the seller with issue and photos. The seller immediately offered to send a replacement out. ~ Upon receiving the replacement, the box was ripped in delivery. The headboard had a rip and black mark on it. Contacted the seller with issue and photos. The seller immediately offered to send a replacement out. ~ Upon receiving the third unit, the box was in perfect shape. The headboard was perfect. The product itself is great. Very well made. Instructions easy to understand. Daughter loves it. The only negative and I don't put this on the seller is the box is rather large, awkward and heavy. So I can see how easy it is to have a rip or tear in the box which damages the product. I would suggest the manufacturer would create better packaging to protect the headboard. I have to credit the seller for being very responsive and solving the issues with the item.

The bed is super cute with several drawers to store the quilts, but it has a detail: when you put it together, it becomes loose and creaks when you move in it.

I love the look and feel of this bed. Great find! It is exactly what I was looking for. We are doing a room makeover for my 14 year old daughter and found this bed. It is a great value for the money. It was pretty easy to put together and feels sturdy. I love the reinforcements of metal and wood. My daughter is 5’9” and weighs over 200 pounds and I feel confident this bed will hold up for the next four years she is living at home.

Most king-sized beds would overwhelm our small bedroom, but this one is just right. Set up was fairly easy, it took me about 3 hours to put together with my 10-year-old daughter helping me. I initially wanted this bed for the extra storage underneath, but if I put two nightstands next to my bed, I can't use two of the drawers. (Small room). Also, the storage underneath is not connected to the bed with any drawer slides, but with a screw that you have to line up and hook on. As for the quality of the bed, well, you get what you pay for. The wooden slats seemed a bit thin. This bed was super affordable and I'm sure it'll hold up for a few years.

i received this in perfect condition, it actually came about a week earlier than what i was told. it is so soft and looks exactly like the pictures. the drawers are amazing for storage. Very functional, cute and easy to put together with the instructions!! all tools were given to put it together although a drill makes it easier for some pieces. some is a bit tedious but all in all it is very worth it. this bed is absolutely gorgeous!

Bought this for our guest bedroom, and works perfectly. The extra drawers come in handy, even to use for off season clothes. Had one small hiccup that the seller responded to quickly and efficiently. Win!
