It works as advertised, quick delivery, easy installation, self-cleans very well, hygienic, and looks great. It's a great buy, and really like that there aren't any curves in it for dirt to settle. Great features -- easily removable seat, easy-clean sides, soft close seat, and dual flush, most importantly is very easy to install. I was able to install the toilet by myself, and this toilet does come with a wax ring that works just fine, also includes user manual, for telling us mounting and securing the toilet. After installed, I found that it was the perfect size for our small bathroom. It is lovely, and the perfect hight. We are very happy with our purchase. No regrets!

Came well-packaged with a wax ring and installation was fairly simple yet challenging due to the modern design which doesn’t allow for much room to work. My problem since having it was the toilet seat hinge got loose and upon screwing it broke - and Horow doesn’t seem to sell extra hinges and the universal hinges on Amazon do not work…

I absolutely do not recommend anyone waste their money on this junk toilet. If you’re looking for an outstanding one piece, easy to clean, powerful toilet, this is the one! When I purchase this toilet, there were no reviews and I had never heard of this brand. After receiving, and installing the toilet, I must say I am more than impressed. The durability and sleek design of the toilet is exactly what I was looking for. Totally worth the price!
