It wouldn't be fair of me to tell you this is a excellent product as I never had a chance to install the unit. There was a layout issue with fitting the toilet in my bathroom. However, it does appear to measure up to the features in the discripiton. I can say without question that their customer service support is excellent. Due to a very delayed building project the toilet was set to be installed 1.5years after purchase, unfortunately at this time it was discovered that there were installation pieces that had been lost. The company was very responsive in helping to resolve this issue by quickly shipping the necessary items free of charge. Will order from HOROW again without hesitation

So the first one i bought off Wayfair ended up being 1/2" to long so I ordered this one and it'll work perfectly. Only a couple of knocks against it one being the toilet seat is very cheesy. Feels like an RV toilet seat but they do now sell a nicer one which i wish woulda been an option. The other is looking at the mounting fingers... They are made of plastic. I havent installed the toilet yet but im gonna make sure the seal is good and warm before install because I think the mounting screws will strip out very easily if you need to torque the toilet down flush. Ill update my review after install this weekend. Update.... Install was a breeze. Left the seal outside for a couple hours so it was really soft, so soft that setting the toilet down it squashed flush to the floor on its own. I guess the plastic brackets are good enough since the seal itself locks the toilet down. After turning on the water i did notice water was leaking somewhere and it ended up being the flush valve was loose on its base so unscrewed it and tightened up the screw on the seal and problem fixed. Nice lil toilet though, very happy so far. 🚽😁

The toilet I got didn't stay flat on the floor. I checked on Ali Express and this looks like it is a cheap drop-shipped toilet. Other brands also sell the same one, without any branding on the toilet itself. This one also has no branding on it. Not the highest quality and not worthy of this high price. Still got it installed. Contractor had to get creative and use a shim between the back wall and toilet tank to stop the wobbling. Looks good and flushes well. Have been using it for 3 weeks now.
