It’s a small space and we are in a small 2 bedroom town house and having extra storage for laundry detergent and dry ingredients (wash’s space is just off of kitchen) was a a necessity. This is on the small side for sure, but that is why we got this one. I looked at cheaper metal shelves but wanted the sturdiness of this one. I’ve purchased this to compare to the Home Depot HDX 5-tier shelving (the white ones in the pic). This obviously only has 4 shelves. It’s easy to assemble and very sturdy. It takes only 2-3 mins to assemble. The only downside is the time to deliver, which was about 10 days from order.

We placed this unit outside our front door for shoes, etc. it would be helpful to have some sort of cap on the tops of the supports when it is assembled. It seems sturdy enough for our purposes. Clean lines.

The shelf itself is perfect. It fits in the space perfectly, and is as durable as I needed to be able to store my gardening supplies. But it was the shipping process that was less than satisfactory. When ordered on 5/29, this shelf was expected to be delivered on 6/3. I did receive notice on 6/3 that it was delayed, but that it would arrive the following day. It didn't, and I finally received it on the 5th. I've come to expect deliveries in the stated timeframe and while I appreciate the notification of the delay, the tracking seemed to indicate it was sitting in an Amazon facility longer than it needed to. ... show more
