Features 5
- BIDET TOILET: Toilet with heated bidet built-in has instant hot water technology that instantly turns cold water into warm water. The air mixes with wash water, giving a comfortable body feeling.
- DUAL FLUSH TOILET: Toilet has a dual flush system that helps conserve water. Users can perform a small flush (1gpf) by foot induction, or a full flush (1.27gpf) by pressing the knob.
- HEATED TOILET SEAT: The temperature of the toilet seat can be adjusted in four gears. When the person sits down, it will immediately heat up to the set temperature, and when the person leaves, it will enter the state of heat preservation and energy saving.
- PRE-WET: When the person is seated, the toilet bowl will automatically spray a stream of water to form a water film on the inner surface of the ceramic bowl, which will make the waste flush more thoroughly.
- INTEGRATED SMART TOILET: The smart toilet also has functions such as automatic flushing, deodorization, and drying. It can bring more convenience to life.

My niece was so impressed she is forcing everyone to come try it!
Model: HR-T20S
I decided to purchase this toilet because, as usual, Lowes fell through delivering the toilet our contractors had ordered. This one arrived quickly and Harow made sure to keep me updated on it's progress. When it arrived my plumber was excited to get it set up only to realize our house was built by cowboys and the toilet Rough-In (distance of waste pipe to the wall) was way under standard (9in). FYI, the Rough-In for this toilet is 12in and you should measure and adjust yours before the toilet comes in to save frustration. Cue the plumber having to dig up a couple of inches of concrete to reposition the waste pipe. Once we got over that hurdle the toilet went in very quickly and we got to testing it out. Getting up in the middle of the night, in the cold, to go sit on this nicely warmed seat is heaven. It pre-wets the toilet to help keep it clean and so far it seems to be doing the job excellently. The bidet has good pressure and is warm so it is not a shock to the system, there are several settings but the 'one-solution' setting is all you really need to remember after you initially have it set up; It cycles through settings and finishes with the dryer function. I can confidently say I have never been cleaner! There are only two negatives I see: 1. The bidet function is slightly off center and I have to adjust my position ever so slightly when it turns on, it doesn't really bother me though 2. The seat might be more comfortable than my couch and I sometimes lose track of the time All my family has come over to try out our 'futuristic' toilet at the insistence of my niece who is obsessed. She even went to Disney this week and was telling everyone how Disney's toilets are not as good as her Uncles.

Initially the toilet has weak flush issue but customer service is top notch
Model: HR-T16SD
Initially the toilet has a very weak flush. Seller contacted me after I posted the review. They are very patient and was trying to help to solve the issue. Initially suggested to remove the internal flow regulator. That does not really help with the flush. Every now and then I have to flush twice. Then the seller sent me a pump to remedy my issue !! Not only that, they also sent me all the necessary piping to do the connections! I am so surprised the amount of effort the seller took to take care of the customer issue. The pump does solve my issue. I would recommend this toilet because of their great customer service. The toilet works fine now.
