  • Easy to Setup Open the TTLock App: click upper left corner -- choose Gateway -- click + -- choose G2 (Wi-Fi) -- plug the gateway -- click next when the light flash alternately (red and blue) -- choose the Wi-Fi and enter the Wi-Fi password.
  • Voice Control The G2 gateway works with Alexa and Google Assistant (not included) to achieve voice control with the smart locks. The gateway can pair with multiple smart locks. Warm Notice: Please enter +1 before your TTlock account when pairing gateway with Alexa.

It took me a few tries to get it installed. The instructions were a little confusing for me personally. I wondered if I was going to be returning it because the door wouldn’t latch closed, but I was able to determine what the problem was. At one point, while pulling the door shut, the door knob actually came off! No matter how much I’ve tried, the screws will not tighten anymore so that the plate will fit more secure to the door; therefore, while it is installed and all screws are tight, the entire fixture is a little loose. Initially, every operation in the app was failing, but now there are no issues. Everything, including Alexa, works great. I just wish it were more secure to the door. The product is not deserving of 5 stars; however, the customer service helps it earn the stars. They show concern for things of this matter. If the customer is not satisfied in any way, they make it a point to keep in touch and work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. ... show more

Very good quality. However when connecting to Alexa, you need to add the + symbol with your login to the TTlock app or it won't work. This applies to both email login or phone number login. This lock also requires a dedicated gateway module if you want to use remotely.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased the Hornbill Keyless Entry Door Lock for my home and have been extremely impressed with its performance. The lock is very easy to install, and I was able to do it myself in just a few minutes. It is also very user-friendly, with a keypad that allows me to enter a passcode to unlock the door, as well as a knob that I can use to lock and unlock the door manually. One of the things I love most about the Hornbill lock is that it is very secure. It has a fingerprint sensor that only allows access to people whose fingerprints have been registered in the system, and it can also be unlocked with a smartphone app or an IC card. This gives me peace of mind knowing that my home is protected against unauthorized entry. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase of the Hornbill Keyless Entry Door Lock and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and secure way to protect their home. Super handy, works well, very responsive to touch. Sometimes the app takes a couple tries and doesn't work out of proximity to the doorknob itself (can't open remotely when out of the house) but I think if you have the hub it does, I just didn't want another hub system. Got this for our bedroom door to keep it secure and keep kids out when we're gone. The door was a little thin and husband didn't measure it first as the instructions stated, so he had to insert a shim of some type to get it to sit flush and not move on the door, but it is solid now. Just ordered a second one for our in-home office. I only wish there was an easier way to toggle passage mode off and on for when we're home and in and out without having to set up a passage schedule. ... show more

I really like this lock so far! It was very easy to install and setup. I also purchased a G2 gateway and it was just as easy to setup. I really like that there are multiple ways to unlock the door. You can use fingerprint, key, IC card, keypad, Bluetooth, or over the internet (with gateway). Can also assign temporary codes and can even send a link to someone that they can click and it will unlock the door as well! (With gateway) . I have had 2 Lockly brand locks in the past and BOTH failed shortly after 1 year of use. First, their keypad quit working, then the screen wouldn't come on at all. With Lockly brand locks being so expensive, they should last much much longer. At my home, the door isn't direct exposed to the elements, as it's under a carport. If this Horbill lasts, it will be my go to brand in the future! Plus it is less than half the cost of a Lockly brand lock. I absolutely recommend this lock so far! ... show more
