This steering wheel looks nice, is nice to the touch, and all you do is plug it into your PS4 and it works immediately. I tried two other steering wheel/pedal controllers before buying this one and had to return both of them because one didn't work at all and the other one's pedals didn't work. Those were supposed to be compatible with a PS4, but they were junk. The one's that I returned were about $100 each and this really good one was $120. I definitely recommend paying the extra $20 to get a MUCH higher quality product that actually works as advertised. ... show more

My son uses this to play need for speed and grand turismo on PS5. Great entry level whell and pedals and priced more reasonably for a kid than logitech or some of the other expensive ones.

My son started playing racing games and this was perfect to add to his ps5 to start out with. The more expensive ones had too many settings and options for a kid just learning to use it.     • Functional steering wheel and pedals!!
The media could not be loaded. This product surprised me!! As seen in the video we could only assemble via small table top as tv is on a dresser. Sturdiness is not great but functional for that reason. The driver of course can not engulf in aggressive driving or super sharp turns. Pedals are a realistic addition however they are light weight and have a tendency to move in our case with the folding table. I would suggest for a better game play to have this attached to a computer desk with television on top vs small foldable table, that would give sturdiness to the wheel and more grip/handle. As for the pedals, under the desk and against the wall would give stability and less sliding while pressing on gas/brake. For a 9 y/o this was perfect, keeping in mind game play doesn’t become intense!! I would highly recommend!! ... show more

    • You get what you pay for...
I used the wheel for general racing game stuff, playing games like Project Cars 2 and Gran Turismo Sport + Gran Turismo 7. And it was great.. for three months. The wheel acted about what you'd expect. After all, it's a very cheap wheel made of basic plastic bits. It didn't have that much finesse and nothing was fantastic, but it was cheap and it did the job. The issue is that with every cheap thing, you really do get what you pay for. Hori isn't some no name company but this is still a very cheap product and today.. it broke on me. The throttle pedal just completely died and started acting strangely and not responding well to my inputs. I tried everything. I tried calibrating the pedals in games, I tried using the onboard sensitivity adjustments, I even connected it to my PC and ran a software update. Nothing fixed it. Even worse, the brake pedal completely broke after I tried adjusting its sensitivity! A red light came on for it and I couldn't get it to shut off or fix itself at all! So now I have this 120 dollar box worth of plastic and I'm not a happy customer. You get what you pay for. Just buy a Logitech G29 instead. You get FFB and you know its a reputable brand. ... show more

"When I first connected this to my PS4, I was amazed by how smoothly it ran and the great quality it offered for the price, until I realized that there is no touchpad on the steering wheel. The D-pad on the steering wheel is registered as the joystick. Every time you need to use the touchpad or D-pad, you must disconnect the steering wheel and connect a controller instead, and vice versa.
