Bought for a gift for my daughter who had been saying she needed a dress coat like this. She is slightly smaller in build than I am and it fits me well so I believe it will fit her nicely. I am 5'10 and about 150 lbs. I bought a large because she and I both need extra room in the shoulder area (linebacker shoulders-LOL). The coat is heavy and warm. I like the camel color. The price was really good and the quality seems a bit better than what I was finding in the stores. I have it wrapped for Christmas now, but I want to say the camel color appears a little more yellow/gold than what is pictured here. Update: I had already wrapped this when I wrote my review. Now that it is unwrapped and I see it again, I wanted to say it is NOT yellowish. It is a true camel brown as shown.

Absolutely love this coat! I reviewed several before deciding, and this Hooever women’s winter wool coat is by far my favorite. The quality is outstanding, the length is perfect, and the price truly cannot be beat. It honestly looks like a $200 coat I tried on, and I actually loved this one even more. The fit is flattering, the material feels high-end, and it looks so polished and stylish. I loved it so much that I went back and purchased another one in camel. Such an amazing find. Very lightweight coat that I plan to use when traveling and potentially just around town and even during the workday. This dark gray color is very versatile and flatters my olive skin tone. I’m 5’6”, 130lbs with very long arms. I chose the small and while it’s just slightly less long in the arm area than I typically go for it is a nicely fitted coat in this size and perhaps if I went larger I would look more frumpy. It arrived with a few creases and I have since steamed them out to look a little more polished. It’s lightweight for sure and provided a mild to moderate amount of warmth. If I were to layer bulky sweaters I may have gone to a medium but for the purpose that I purchased it—style—it works in the small size. Just let yourself have it! I’m glad I did!

This coat did not fit me, but I’m giving five stars because it’s a beautiful coat. The fabric is nice, perfect weight and it looks very well-made. I’m 5 feet tall, 125 pounds and curvy.(small waist big bum big boobs) and it was too big in the shoulders! It did fit in the chest, but if I got a smaller size to fit my shoulders, it would’ve been too tight in the bum. Super disappointed. I got a size small and it fit everywhere except the shoulders. And I got the red, which was a beautiful classic Christmas red.

I ordered the coat and received something more like a trench coat /long raincoat . The fabric was different and it had a belt … so I did a return and reordered . I did finally receive the coat . I don’t know what the bad reviews are all about . The coat is beautiful, the color is beautiful. It’s well made . BUT I’m 5’5 and even being all legs short torso the coat landed well below my knees . The fit was off for me . Had it ended an inch above my knees I would have kept it !
