I needed muffin pans, these came the day after I ordered them ( thanks Prime!) And I could bake delicious muffins in them, and dog treats! I love a good carbon steel nonstick pan that works and does exactly as it says. I've made muffins a handful of times now, and will be making a few batches today actually ... and so far it's in the best condition, easiest clean up ever. And healthier baking choice! (Always a plus, if not just a modern day requirement, thanks health awareness!)) the two-layer coating is chemical-free – PFOA, BPA, and PTFE making it a breeze to clean while protecting against scratching, staining, and corrosion. So it doesn't warp too badly from the heat in the oven, if i have empty cups i simply fill with a bit of water and bake normally. Because one time I did not do that and saw my pans did not appreciate that much.
