Easy to install and simple to use. Didn’t need a programable thermostat and this is fine. Has battery backup to hold settings if power fails. Would recommend this model

    • Minor model changes but was my unit.
Ultimately this was returned. I tried to order the same model I had, same model number although they had limited the terminals and after hours with their support we could not get the blower fan and condenser to run together. Ultimately their support said it was my unit and I was replacing die to fan running slowly when off or temp reached. I did have a suspect harness, once replaced my original thermostat worked as it should. Pretty sure the issue was with my unit and the harness was $13.00 so glad to be able to return the thermostat. ... show more

I had a hard time finding a digital heat pump thermostat local, this was just what I wanted, and is worth the price.

    • Product did not work
I finally got to the point of installing this unit and it does not work. It is malfunctioning. Because the return window has expired I am out $100. Do not this item!
