Love this!!! Most seem to dry out in a few weeks or so. I've been using this for months and still works perfectly! I like a very thin eyeliner line and this works perfectly. On special occasions when I wear my eyeliner thick it also works very well. Overall great eyeliner!!! Ofcourse it's not 100% waterproof but it doesn't smear as bad as others. Update: I have found a brown eyeliner I truly love, that goes on smoothly, and doesn't dry out. * Revlon ColorStay Skinny Liquid Eyeliner, Mahogany Flame It's a bottle with wand rather than pen, but a beautiful coppery brown and goes on beautifully. I'll be reviewing it soon. I've had this Maybelline eyeliner in the black and the brown. The black is great and works like new for a decent amount of time. However, the brown only flows and applies smoothly for one or two applications. Then it acts as though it's a month old and seems a little dry and skips. It's still the best brown pen-style eyeliner I've found, so I get it every month in my Subscribe & Save order (so it's not like I got just got one bad one==it's been this way every time), and the price is certainly right. Smudges, is not waterproof. I applied liner to my eyelids and 3 hours laters the line is practically all gone and my eyelids are all smeared. I live in a hot climate but not lasting even 3 hours is ridiculous.

The media could not be loaded. I can buy this product again and again. I use it for my eyebrows and its perfect for it too. I do it like a “bricroblading” efect with it and looks amaizing. You can see in my video and you can check how I did it :D! The color its pretty intense, its not an 24 hr product, but it really stays a long time. I recomend it like an eyeliner too for sure!

Where has this been my whole life?!?! I ordered this in a whim and so glad I did. The pen tip itself is PERFECT. So easy to use and have it actually look good. The liner stays put, but I can easy clean up the lines with a cotton swab and some makeup oil or water if I make it uneven. It’s lasts too!!!! I tend to have oily skin and my eyeliner doesn’t typically make it all day and evening but this stuff lasts. Even through tears it held up beautifully, I am impressed and recommend this to anyone looking to keep their liner on point. Price in amazon is excellent too.

Oh my goodness!! This stuff is incredible! A deep solid color, easy to achieve a perfect cat eye and fairly smudgeproof but not impossible to remove at the end of the day with a makeup removing wipe :) lemme tell you a story. We recently had an unprecedented heat wave, I'm talking breaking our previous record by WILD amounts and everyone was melting, so my family decided to try and check out a new lake, little did we know this lake was a two hour hike, up steep switchbacks, in 98° weather when were use to maybe low 80° being our absolute hottest weather. When we finally reached the lake, I dove in and when i got out my mother in law pointed out that my eyeliner hadn't moved at ALL. I couldnt believe it! Nothing budged my cat eye! Even the points retained their perfect shape! Not the sweating from the heat and the work out, not the lake, not the misting from my sandalwood bug spray. So give it a try! You cant beat the price for this gem either. I've tried all different kinds and finally I've found my go trusty go to! As long as you're not constantly rubbing your eyes you can count on this eyeliner!

This is some GOOD EYELINER. It applies so smoothly and satisfyingly, a clean line and super easy to apply. Quite opaque too, but if you want more opacity and intensity you can just apply again over ur previous application (don't have to wait for it to dry) and you've got pitch black on your eyes. The tip doesn't fray or dry out at all as far as i've used it and it's not harsh on your skin or eyes. Definitely not waterproof, but VERY SMUDGE RESISTANT once it dries. I would deduct a point for having to wait a small while (only like 30 seconds to a minute with no fan) for it to dry, but I love this stuff too much. HOW SMUDGE RESISTANT?? Well, I have tics due to my ADHD which cause me to blink really hard a bunch. All day. This stuff did NOT SMUDGE all day. While normally by the end of the day i'd look like i'd gotten punched, this stuff only left a small amount of grey under my eyes which was easily removed with a tiny bit of water or spit. I wore this all day yesterday, rubbed my eyes, and even slept in it. It only came off in the area very close to my eye (my eyes water when I lay down). SUPER COMFY. Doesn't lay on too thick, isn't chunky, nothing. Can't even feel the stuff, I forget I'm wearing it all the time (hence the eye rubbing and falling asleep in it). GENTLE ON SKIN AND EYES!!! Again, I wore this all day and slept in it, no eye irritation, skin irritation, not even in the slightest. Doesn't clump out my lashes or dry out my skin. Its like nothing at all. I. Love. This. Stuff.

I will give this one star because I really loved the color and the way this liner goes on. My problem was it dried out after only 3 uses---SERIOUSLY. I stored with the cap on in my make-up bag, so it was laying on it's side. At first I thought there must be a twist mechanism on the top or bottom to release the liquid and realized there wasn't. So, I tried wetting the tip and I also press the tip down on a hard surface to force the liquid out. Nothing worked. Very disappointed.
