Love the ease of use with the lock mechanism. I like that the key is unable to be replicated or tapped into. It is perfect for small items, and I recommend bolting it as it is small enough to be carried. Perfect for mounting to things.

Update 12-16-16: Have now owned over two years. Still excellent. Lock works perfectly. No issues, still a great little safe. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Forget the combination locks and electronic locks on a small, cheap safe. This thing is excellent, and the lock is always going to work right the first time, as long as you dont loose the two keys. Its small but very secure. Anchor it down, or its just a box for someone to walk away with. I have four safes, a massive TL_15 weighing in at 1900 lbs, a smaller fire proof safe for ammo, a safe with electronic lock just slightly larger than this, and then this one which I have anchored down and hidden in my travel trailer. I love this thing. Simple and very effective. Short of someone coming in prepared with serious tools and a crow bar, they arent going to open it. Its more likely they would pry it off the floor and steal it than be able to open it. Great product and the lock works great. ... show more

Likes: two mounting holes on back. Two in bottom, which means it should be able to mount securely. I am not a fan of digital keypad locks. This one has only a key which resembles a 1930 skeleton key and is probably hard to pick. Dislikes: can’t think of any. It is what it is. A small safe that can be securely mounted and because of its size has many options as to where it can be placed or hidden. Many a little expensive for what it is. ... show more

This was a gift to my dad and he really enjoys it. It is for his coin collection, so I also got him little coin holders that can stack inside. The size is perfect for small valuables. No problems with the key or locking mechanism. I also love that the inside is carpeted, good to keep valuables safe and unscratched!
