Been using it for almost a year now. Works great. Keeps things rock solid frozen. Lots of space, although a little hard to utilize some of it. I use tote bags so I can pull out the top layer easily and access stuff deeper in the freezer. It also keeps it organized. It's made grocery shopping and keeping my kitchen stocked so much easier! I purchased this freezer after discovering that freezers came in this size. I make my cat her food and I needed a freezer bigger than was on the top of my fridge. I read many reviews and almost all of them talked about how freezers came damaged. So I was ready for a dented freezer, but to my delight this freezer arrived with only 2 minor things and both of them easily fixable by myself. Firstly one of the feet had come loose, but was still sitting in the package so all I had to do was screw it back in it's place and the other was the handle was not glued in well so it would not stay. So all that required was some glue and done. It keeps my cat food frozen rock hard which is how I have it set. I highly recommended this freezer. I love the product. What I don't like is that it arrived damaged. Not badly, but a small dent in the back. Now, keep in mind, this thing comes in a heavy duty box & is surrounded by enough styrofome to ship am F-150 to the moon. What the hell Amazon???

I installed this freezer in my lakehouse. I’m there several times a year. After one year it stopped freezing. I lost what was frozen before it quit working. I turned the thermostat to “off” position and then back to the medium setting and it started working again. I had to do this twice in 3 weeks. Now it has stopped again and I am 100 miles away. I installed a temperature monitor so I could check it. Now the compressor will run, but it will NOT cool at all. This is not acceptable. ... show more
