The laser bed came well packaged and didn't show any damage to the box. When I looked at the contents the aluminum plate was slightly bent on one edge and a little bit on the corner. Not a big deal to bend it back. The surface looks like it was cleaned in one area which didn't effect function just looks strange. The actual grid was perfect and the frame was perfect as well. The corner pieces confused me. There are these black corner protectors that come on the grid. There are also the clear plastic pieces. They could also be used for the same purpose. This was the best price I could find for one of these and it works as advertised. It’s small but I knew that going in. I’m a beginner in laser engraving so I didn’t want to over spend on something i know very little about. I’m pleasantly surprised but how good this thing. As you can see in my photo, it gets used and you can see the char marks. My cuts are clean … my table too safe and spared. Great value here. If it were bigger it’d be 5 stars. Honestly it’s great, works great, and holds up I’ve been using it for 2 months with almost constant daily use. My only issue it feels smaller then it could be, I went with the larger after 2 months it feels better overall. If you feel like you need a bed for your laser this is a great first option

The honey comb is average. But the stainless steel is too thin and bows and pops when in use. It will do this when Lazering and will change the higher knocking off the focus

The steal mesh part is not 400x400mm, it is smaller. This means my laser is cutting things that are sitting in top of the edge, which becomes sticky and causes the back of the laser cut items to need significant sanding. I wish the mesh part was 400x400 and I should have looked more closely at the description i guess. Also the magnets are bit useable because my laser head bumps them when it is accurately positioned for cutting (it can clear them when positioned higher for engraving). Otherwise well made . . . Just should be bigger to fit standard diode laser cutters. ... show more
