The media could not be loaded. I have 3 cats. I've used a litter robot and pet safe automatic litter boxes. I bought this because it's a great design concept, but it definitely needs major upgrades and improvements. The collection tray is WAY too small. It MUST be emptied daily! The litter robot only needs to be emptied every 5-7 days. The listing shows 7L capacity, 3L waste capacity. I have no idea what this reference is for because it's definitely not litters as I had suspected. I love the concept. It would be perfect if they would increase the depth and holding capacity of the litter pan and collection drawer. They should, at a bare minimum, double the holding capacity. The litter also falls down between the tray for litter and waste because there's no flange to prevent it from happening. It makes pulling out the waste drawer messy. It also pushes a large amount of clean litter into the water pan. Half the waste pan gets filled with clean litter. Update 4/16/22 I tried to like this litterbox, but after owning it for a short period of time I've come to realize that it's litterally the worst litterbox I've ever owned. It constantly rakes clean litter into the waste drawer in large amounts. Feces sticks to the rake constantly and needs to be scraped off repeatedly. This is part of the reason that litter keeps getting dumped into the waste bin. The rake should have been made out of metal wire in my opinion. Great concept design, but it was poorly executed. I wasn't sure if my cats would like these litter boxes, but after they got used to them they are in them and like using them. Thinking about ordering 2 more to compensate them. Easy to set up. And are electric. So they really are convenient...

    • Very difficult to clean & too small of bin
This is terrible! It has to be scrapped out because the litter sticks to the bottom of it. The bin is too small. And after a year the machine stops running properly and runs constantly. Waste of money. It’s not easy to use. Not supposed to scatter litter, but it scatters it all over the place, including where the gears are. ... show more

Cogs are made of plastic. Set screws don't stay in. Easily broken pieces of mechanics on the rake, if the clumps are too heavy (and they all seem to be too heavy), gears/cogs just continue to spin, making a very loud clicking noise until the machine just shuts off. Came home the other day to find the rake disconnected and sitting sideways in the box. Fixed the side wheel only to discover broken teeth on the internal cog that creates the movement. I wish I could find the liners to fit the disposal drawer. Or at least know what size it takes. It doesn't say anywhere on the directions or any where else.

    • Could use some upgrades
This is my first rodeo with an automatic letterbox and I'm slightly underwhelmed. First the box is HUGE. It takes up a good chunk of my bathroom and both of my cats are too scared to use it if it has the lid on top. The lid has an opening that is very small and I don't feel my cats could sit up all the way while in the litter box while it's on, it does come off so after removing it they are more comfortable using it. The setup was fairly easy but the app needs a ton of work. It is supposed to keep track of when it is being used but half the time it won't even connect. There is a motion sensor so after your cat does its business it waits about 15 seconds and starts to scoop. It does a good job scooping everything to the holding tray but the tray is very small. It pretty much has to be cleaned every day and while it comes with a handful of bags, we'll be running out very soon and with the trays unique shape I figure I'll have a hard time finding more that will fit.     • Good litter box, but the phone app no longer exists
I was excited about this having an app I could monitor usage as one of my cats is a prolific producer of liquid waste. The sooner I know that the box has reached saturation, the less likely I will have to purchase a 4th automatic cat box in 5 years. I was disappointed to discover the app for this was unavailable on the app store, and couldn't find a reputable version of it on any of the trusted archive sites. It does its job as a litter box, but the upsell I was excited for doesn't exist anymore as it appears this box was discontinued. (Discontinuation isn't a problem for me, but it should be advertised as such.) ... show more

This litter box is trash you are better off with a regular litter box.This box does not clean any good,it's not worth the money.You can not let it go for more then one or two day's and when you empty the crap cathing box then you still have to scoop the litter part of the box so your doing to jobs instead of one.Do not buy. ... show more
