Worth the money. Makes honey pouring so much simpler

The quality is fantastic! You can easily adjust the flow of honey (liquid) out easily without needing to unload your barrel, bucket. I used this with a plastic bucket because I was asked to fill a hundred or so novelty jars for a wedding. Those jars had very small throats so I wanted a tool that would better help me pour. This is way too heavy for a plastic bucket. By the time the bucket is 1/4 full, you could easily tip it over by accident. (I put a cinder block on top of the bucket once it got low.) I only have eight hives and nowhere to store a proper bottling tank where this thing would be exceptional. Still giving five stars because I’m the one using it outside of the intended application. Expensive, but I think worth it. I should have it forever. Every bit of it is stainless steel; no plastic except for rubber bushings.

takes 3 minutes to fill a quart bottle with room temp honey probably faster with warmer honey.... Too slow

Makes bottling honey very neat and clean. With only one small drip of honey after closing the valve, hands and bottles stay clean. The weight of the valve does make the bucket front heavy when the honey level gets low. But this was not an issue for me.
