Really comfortable and sturdy chair, also looks great. the instruction manual had some incorrect instructions for the ottoman but we were able to put it together with the screws available. Unfortunately we didn’t get the pillow cushion with our order which is the reason for one less star for an otherwise 5star product. We will see how it holds up over time! ... show more

Very disappointed. We bought this for or nursery and started putting it together but noticed that we have to screw the base to the top, and the armrests to the frame but the screw holes are under the fabric… we’d have to cut into the fabric to find the screw holes and put it together. I messaged the seller to see what should be done but for now I will likely have to return which is unfortunate since it’s big, bulky, and will be hard to lug to UPS while 7 months pregnant all because the product was faulty.
