I have had this chair for about 2 weeks. So far everything is good as advertised. Asdembly went well and took about 20 minutes. The only issue I have encountered so far is the seat is not quite level to the floor going side to side. The left side of the seat is a fraction lower. It is noticeable but not a major issue. The lumbar feature works very well and was what i needed. The massage function is sufficient for basic needs. The heat function seems average. Takes a while to feel the warmth. Delivery was prompt. So far I am very pleased, but it is still fresh out of the box.

This item replaced a similar home office chair that had become unfixable. The chair from HomRest arrived promptly and was easy to assemble, despite missing instructions and a couple of parts. Quick response from the vendor provided instruction and parts and ll works as intended. This chair features some back-friendly options...built-in heating pad, adjustable lower back support, and low-voltage vibrator. In addition, it includes a pull-out footrest, seat back tilt to about 130-degrees, and the usual 5-wheel rolling platform and up and down adjustment. I'd write more, but I feel a little nap coming on. I can just slip out the footrest, tilt the seat...and snooze.

I've been working from home for three years now, and I felt I should find a more "ergonomic" chair. This one looked like it checked off all the boxes. The best I can say for it is that it's nice looking. Some of the features don't work, some are cumbersome (heat and vibrate control and plug), and it's also somewhat difficult to put together unless you're pretty strong. And there is simply no way to get comfortable in this chair. The seat has very little padding. I am in pain after sitting in it for just a couple hours. I don't recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Good deal for the price. I was able to get the chair together in about 15 minutes, very sturdy. The massage function feels good with the different modes and the ability to combine modes. I would say a better way to tie the cords to the chair would be helpful. I just keep it unplugged when not using the massage function. I would definitely recommend this chair.

I bought the chair as a Father's Day Gift. It was purchased in late May. Today (12/16 ) he sat in the chair and the back of the chair gave away and he fell backward. The leg rest was useless it was too short. I am disappointed. I spent $200.+for a chair that lasted 7 months. I am very disappointed.

So far so good. Takes about 30 minutes to put together. Comes with everything you need to put it together. Instructions are easy to follow. The chair is comfortable and seems heavy duty and well-made.
