So thrilled with this reclinable massage chair. I'm sure it's great for the office but I bought it for my husband to use while watching TV. Received this chair in less than a week after I ordered it. My husband and I put it together in less than 45 minutes. The instructions were very easy and all all the parts were coded with letters for easy assembly. Very happy with the chocolate brown color, size and the quality of this chair. One of the cool things about this chair is that it is a decent size and yet small enough to fit through the bedroom door. It is not very suitable for short petite people, such as, myself. Also, it has very little lumber support or cushion in the seat. Wish I could find a chair that fits me like the driver seat in my car with adjustable pump for lumber support.

    • BUYER BEWARE - costly shipping and Vibration/heat do not work
Stuck with this chair. Feel ripped off by the 50.00 shipping fee. The vibration you can't feel almost at all, you can hear it that's it, the heat same thing. The chair leg extension, seems flimsy. I doubt this chair holds up. Its pretty that's it. I have to add cushion on the bottom and back, it is not that comfortable and is for a larger person. I would have to pay shipping 50.00, and 18.00 restocking fee. So, I would be out around 80 bucks just to send back. BIG MISTAKE... I should have trusted the reviews. ... show more

Chair is very uncomfortable and tins to lean to one side. The seat area is not well built and the seat itself has little cushion and you wind up on hard base after awhile. Very dissatified with quality and comfort.

This chair is so comfortable I find myself dozing instead of accounting my goals. I rarely use the vibrate massage or the foot rest as I have an ottoman right beside the chair and I have it in a real small space. The only thing I don't dig is it won't budge to roll on carpet but that's cool I got nowhere it needs to be so I just turn the chair to get in and out. If I must move it I get up and situate it standing. But comfort..oh tea it's comfortable ... show more

    • Okay chair if you don’t sit in it for long periods of time.
Chair is somewhat comfortable at first but lacks back support so if you’re in it for any length of time, your back will be sore. Chair back is slightly reclined even when fully upright. Chair was easy to assemble.
