It’s well worth the money, nice and soft. It fits well in most areas especially between rooms or the bottom of steps. It does slide around and move around a lot unless it is under a piece of furniture. It is very easy to wash. I was in normal and just dry in gentle and looks brand new every time.

    • thickness of towel. comes shipped vacuum sealed 1'x1'. Needs to expand for a couple days

When the package arrived I thought it was stolen because I expected to find a roll of carpet, only to find it in a box with some other items I bought vacuum sealed in 1'x1' package. This has it's purposes but to be considered a rug in my opinion is not one of them. It feels like a towel on the floor. If you have carpet and place this on top you'll be fine. If you still want it, make sure to check the other listings as this was priced over $50 whereas comparable 'towel rugs' are almost half the price. I may keep it, but I did order another rug with a more traditional construction method. And due to it's thin construction I find even with the 'non-slip' underside it still slips around. The saving grace is it is soft tho and the length of the fiber is nice. I updated my review and gave it another star since it feels softer now that it's expanded after a couple of days, so I do like it more. However this type of rug is everywhere on Amazon and at a lower price but not sure of the quality so for now I like it enough to keep it. Hey give it a try if you don't like its easy to return because it folds up to a size of a bath towel! ... show more

Amazon said your oreder has been delivered., I was like there is no way its a rug. It came in a box wrapped in plastic. Unwrapped the plastic unfolded and instantly wanted to take a nap on it. This area rug is so soft & match my furniture perfect(a shade darker but still goes well). I'm ordering another one for my bedroom. Update: The rug moves often, when vacuuming the rug get sucked into the vacuum. Im afraid to put it in the washer & dryer. Also afraid to use my carpet shampoo on it. Might loose its texture and fluff. So far still soft and pretty. ... show more

Very soft and fluffy. We have to vacuum almost every day to get loose fibers up. Our robot vacuum does not work very well on it. It does attract a lot of dirt and fur. You will need a non slid pad or place a piece of furniture on top to keep it from sliding.
