Easy to assemble, keep men away, they think they know everything. Very sturdy, wheels are nice and big enough for rough surfaces. Wouldn't recommend for off roading, but does clean up well. Great for chasing rambunctious dogs around the house. Perfect for resting when you get tired. Breaks hold well, needed a bit of adjusting ( info provided in instructions) ready to roll in less than half an hour.

Fantastic walker—works great! After a week of use I noticed a minor issue with one of the rear wheel bearings. It wasn’t serious, but it made a clicking sound as if a ball bearing was missing. I contacted support, and Aaron gathered my information and immediately sent out a replacement part. To my surprise, I received an entirely new walker just a couple of days later! You can’t beat that kind of customer service—they didn’t even ask for the old one back. This is one of the best walkers I’ve used. The larger wheels make a big difference on rough ground, and the lightweight aluminum frame makes it easy to lift into the trunk. The easy-fold strap and Velcro lock keep it secure when folded so it won’t open unexpectedly. I love this walker! I’ve been using it for over a month now. I even took it on a cruise, and I was so glad I had it—much more helpful than a cane for longer distances.

Don't get me wrong, its not bad. There are just a few things to watch out for. The break cables get stuck on the side bolts when you take it out the car and unfold it. The seat could of been a little larger/fuller. I also don't like the handles, I wish they were fuller handles and didn't have those little wing things on them. They hurt my hands. Also, the steering is a little stiff. Beefy tires would of been better. All in all, it's thr best one I've found so far. It's sooooo much lighter than all my other ones.

I've used rollators and wheelchairs and scooters and canes since 2012 and have several, so I did expect this "bit-more-expensive" rollator to perform well, but it is SO perfect, I had to share. It's weight capacity is perfect for holding me with a grandchild in my lap - love that. And the padded vinyl seat is cushy! Comfortable on the butt! It is surprisingly QUIET - no squeeks, no rattles, no floppiness with the bag or cables - pretty great! Nothing falls out of an enclosed bag (it's not a wire basket). The height adjustment enables fitting it into smaller trunks and backseats in probably any vehicle. Assembly instructions are clear, quick and the Homland rollator goes together Really Easily - even for fossils like me! Pieces are well-engineered and made with precision, and the few big parts are already mostly assembled. Homland doesn't brag enough about this, but it's a big deal that all the few pieces are well made, partly assembled, and fit together perfectly! I did have ONE issue with brakes. Both wheels arrived locked into the brake position and I found no instructions for adjusting that to make it work. Fortunately, I have a car-guy husband who went to work immediately upon seeing my little tools laid out. It took him about 20 minutes to get wheels rolling with the brakes working perfectly, but this could be an issue for others. I have used this All 5 Days since it arrived & we got it assembled. It makes getting around the house easy (granted we do have wide doors), and so much faster than using a cane, and I carry things to other rooms by sitting them on the seat frequently. We traveled with it last weekend, and it is a "little" heavier than most rollators, but I or my elderly husband got it in and out of the back hatch without difficulty. It is so efficient, putting my bags on the seat or hanging them from a handle along with my cane to roll everything into a hotel room in just one trip. I had another rollator previously that would mysteriously catch, making the rollator pause while in motion, and its rattle was annoying. So I am VERY GLAD TO HAVE this heavy duty Homland model, and I WOULD Definitely buy it again.

Exceptionally smooth ride! This walker is pretty to look at and of high quality. Has storage capacity under seat and a drink holder. Father feels very secure using it to walk around neighborhood. Smooth pushing no struggling. A little heavy for an 80 year old man but he can still manage it. A quality walker.

Very well made walker. Easy to assemble, even had 3 extra parts. Directions are easy to read, parts are clearly numbered. Seat is level and substantial, with storage under seat. It even has a cup holder. Folds up easy for transport.
