I don’t usually buy items that are promised to provide miracle-like results, even if the Pope himself made the claim, but this is one purchase I am glad to have been influenced to buy! Idk about miracle-like results but this blanket is very cool to the touch, it feels like the cool side of the pillow all the time! If it starts to feel like you’ve acclimated to the blanket temperature, all you have to do is move it around a little bit and ahhhh, that sweet cooling relief is all yours. It’s thin, thinner than you might expect, but like many have said before, it’s substantial enough for you to know you have a blanket on. I would say it’s kind of like sleeping with 2-3 quality top sheets on, it’s very light. I chose the twin size, and it feels like a little more like a throw blanket size to me, but it covers my 5’7” from shoulder to toe with room to spare, so it’s perfectly fine for my needs. If you’re tall or want an oversized feeling, maybe go larger. Anyway, after a few nights of use I still haven’t noticed any flaws yet, it is always cool to the touch, feels breathable, comfortable, and above all, it has been keeping me cooler in the night despite my animals refusal to sleep anywhere other than directly attached to my already (typically) overheating body. Thanks to this blanket, I am much cooler at night and my animals are much happier that I’m not so restless that I disturb their precious rest. I’m a toasty human, so I know if this helps me, it shouldn’t break a sweat helping keep you cool. For reference, I often get so hot that just my face can heat up the aluminum of a pop can in 10 seconds or less to where it is warm to the touch. So, if this blanket is good enough for me and my freakish heat abilities, it’s definitely good enough for you and whatever you’re going to try to put it through. Just buy it, I really think you’ll like it. I’m glad I bought 2 from the jump, because if I hadn’t, I would be buying a second one right now.

Omg I love these blankets so much. I have bought 3 bed sized blankets and pillow cases. 2 sets were gifts and they love their blankets and pillows. I love mine and travel with them. They stay cool as I drift off to sleep. They can retain your body heat so they do keep you warm. I love that the parts that aren't wrapped around stay cold so if you roll over there are still cold spots. It cools almost instantly. I love the silkiness of it, it just wraps around your whole body. It's so drapey and silky. I have leg cramps at night. This blanket helps soothe those cramps. I can't say enough about these blankets. When I saw a throw size, I had to get that to travel with and to keep on my chair with me. Even better size for gift giving. Guess what I will be giving out this Christmas. I love seeing ppl who get hot use these and tell me it's their fav blanket. Great to put in your backpack, for camping. The price is really reasonable. I have had my sleep improved because I'm not sweating at night. I highly recommend this product.

I am a very hot sleeper and have tried cooling pads, a mattress topper( which made me hotter!) and then ordered this not expecting much. It's wonderful! Cool to the touch and very comfortable. I was surprised at It's thinness, but it has a nice weight, size as advertised and very pretty green.

These feel cool when you first use them despite the temperature which is very nice. However, they do warm up after a few minutes. If they stayed cool for ten minutes, then that would be enough to get to sleep even on a hot day. As it is, they feel nice at first, then function much like a heavy sheet. Still a good substitute for a blanket in hot weather, but not the miracle invention I was hoping for.

I thought a cooling blanket would be too good to be true, but this blanket legitimately keeps me cool. I purchased the smaller throw size in light gray, which had a cooling side and a fabric side. I personally preferred that because I use the fabric side when I get too cold. However, I purchased the twin size in blue for my husband as a gift, and it is cooler and more smooth on both sides. We’ve both said that we’ve gotten too cool using them at night, which is saying a lot. It’s lightweight and seems pretty breathable. The throw size was fine for me, but the twin size seems plenty big for one person. They are kind of a pain to clean as they have to hung to dry in a shaded area, but it’s well worth it. Unfortunately, I left mine at a hotel when traveling. Note that the light gray blends a little too well with white hotel sheets. I had another one ordered (in purple this time) before I got on the plane to go home because it had become a necessity in my sleep routine.

I am a woman of a certain age and I've been going through signs of perimenopause the last year or so. One of the worst parts I've experienced is being too hot at night or night sweats while I'm sleeping. It has made for so many restless nights, very poor sleep, and often waking up just feeling sweaty and gross. With a regular comforter, I would get too hot, kick it off, wake up cold, pull it back on, get too hot, and repeat all night for a horrible night of sleep. Since getting this blanket, this is all I sleep with on and it keeps me at a perfect temperature all night. It feels super cool when you first pull it on and then adjusts to your temperature. After that, I have no idea how the magic works but I never get too hot or too cold. I can stay wrapped in this until morning and it feels great. This has led to much better sleep, feeling much more rested, and having more energy throughout the day. If you are on the fence, just get it. It's worth every penny!

I admittedly was fairly skeptical about this blanket’s claims of keeping you cool, but I had to try something. After months of waking up tangled in sheets and blankets, too hot or too cold, I swapped my comforter for this. I still have a sheet between me and this blanket, but it really does keep me cooler at night and I don’t get nearly so tangled in the covers like I used to. The blanket is silky feeling so it does kind of slide around on it’s own but I haven’t found that to be a huge problem. It fits on my queen size bed and has a nice weight to it.
