This is a pretty good tarp and will do the job. It's Heavy Duty, so should last a couple of seasons. The seams are all heat sealed, with rope in the crease. The grommets are all well attached. No loose or wiggly bits. It's almost exactly the same specs as the "Extreme Duty Weather Resistant Tarp" from HF that I got for $5 less. Except that one has poorly connected grommets and the black side wraps the edges instead of the silver (it lasted one winter before a grommet tore). For the few extra dollars, and it magically arrived at my door (yeah Prime), this will be covering my tractor & a few other lawn tools until they are needed again in the spring. I'll update the review if I have any problems with the tarp before then. ... show more

These are not necessarily the very best value, but I feel like at the current sale price of $16.99 for 10 at nearly $1.70 per bungee is acceptable. If it goes to back to full price, then I'm not sure that these would be the best deal, but no worries because you would be getting durable and decent bungee cords in return for your money. You can never go wrong having a few spare tarps around the house, especially when exposed to a variety of weather elements and/or as a home/land owner. It was time to replace a few of our tarps that have certainly seen better days as there are countless reasons we could need one quickly having a chicken coop in the extreme downpours or snow storms,, when grapefruit sized hail hits our home windows and roof in the summer, for moving furniture, for a footprint under a tent when camping, etc. So far I am pleased with the quality and thickness of this tarp, and would feel comfortable using it in more “tested” circumstances. Sometimes the grommets end up being the biggest issue, so I look forward to seeing how they hold up after being used for tie downs repeatedly. I am bound to use it for several things over the next 6-8 months and will report back with anything worth mentioning. Until then, no news is good news. ... show more

These are perfect size and weight to help out with any and every job you need them for!! They are awesome for lightweight stuff. Such as securing and tying down my smaller tool box in the back of my trunk- to keep it from sliding around and spilling out all over my trunk!! Works like a charm. Also- it has help support with big jobs - more than a few times- like supporting loose parts while installing Motors into cars!! Also tied down some items that I moved out of storage- secured it down to my roof rack . These bungee straps have not let me down yet . This tarp is seriously thick and made very, very well. It is made of 100% pure polyethylene and is UV and fade resistant. All the edges have been reinforced, and because of the thickness is rip and tear proof. The corner D rings have been triple reinforced with additional material and stitching. The color is black and silver, and it is 12 mil thick, and has 180 GSM. The D ring grommets are aluminum so as not to rust, and the heat sealed seams are not only weather resistant, but also 100% rain and mildew resistant. This tarp would be great for covering a boat, putting over a damaged roof, making an emergency lean to, and so on. The underneath has a 14x14 mesh, which adds to the strength and thickness of the tarp. Because it is so strong and thick we got this to put under our tents during camping to put an additional layer between us and the ground. Highly recommend and better than described. ... show more

My hubby went to the the Florida Gulf to help with hurricane clean up efforts at a house that had flood damage from a seven foot storm surge. They had a lot of drywall to tear out inside the house. The tarp came in handy to throw all the wet debris on and made easy cleanup of the heavy debris they had to remove to the street for pickup.
