a must have for great sleep

Ive had a weighed blanket before and this one is a step up from that. I bought the one in black and it is really dark not like others that are merely color washed and look faded. this has a nice compression for 40lbs and i love that it has small loops if i want to use it inside a duvet. i find it very convienent that it is a large cover even for a queen size and has extra length to it. most of the time when my body feels tired and swollen, this blanket adds nice compression and the weight helps to relax my body. moving around, there isnt that much noise from the beads inside, no more than moving under a duvet cover which is nice. there wasnt any smell pulling the blanket out from the packaging which is great. it does feel a bit warm for the summer time but is mostly cool to touch. would be great for the winter with a thick blanket. to the touch, it is soft and comforting like cotton and feels double lined to help the stitching. i did notice better sleep with this blanket on the first night of using but note how heavy you want to buy the balnket. i could have gone with a lighter weight and still feel comfortable for more daily use. overall good value for what i paid for.

So I purchased this 20 lb white weighted blanket back in 2021 when we first moved in but never used it. I have never used a weighted blanket before. I’ve always used down comforters which I love because I sleep hot and they really do keep you cool. Since we had this cold front coming in, I decided to see what all the hype was about 2 years ago and finally use our weighted blanket. OMG! Why didn’t y’all tell me about these blankets before? Weighted blankets are THE BEST thing ever! I will never buy another down comforter again! First the weight is perfect. It’s just enough to make you feel secure so if someone tries to stab you in the middle of the night you’re protected. 🤣🤣🤣 Am I the only one who thinks like that? Next there is no bulk to it. It lays flat and makes your bed look nice and neat like a luxury hotel bed and not a college dorm room. Also it really does keep you cool. And this particular one is rated for summer and winter. Last but not least, unlike every down comforter I’ve ever owned, this one is big enough to cover the sides of my king bed! This one is machine washable and you let it air dry. I will be using these for all of my guests beds going forward. If you’ve never slept with one, I highly recommend them. They will change your sleeping life!

Well this is the first time I used a product like this. I have had it for 5 days just to be up front about it. It is a 20lb blanket which is recommended by my weight.. I like that it stays put on the bed and does not get askewed easily. It is heavy so I am not sure about washing it in my front loader... it comes wrapped in tight plastic so I'm hoping it is not going to cause a bed bug infestation.. it does not cool me off but I do like the weight..it seems to help me not toss and turn as much. I was able to steal it off of my husband somehow a couple of nights ago. Poor guy woke up freezing under just a sheet.It was intact no busted seams at this time. I don't know what will happen when I do wash it. Time will tell. I will probably take it to a laundry mat when the time comes because like I said it is heavy.. and I don't want to risk begging down my washing machine.

I'm so glad I took the plundge. My new favorite blanket. I bought a king size for my queen size bed and it makes all the difference. The weight is evenly distributed, it's warm with out being hot. I even love the color which is true to the picture.

King Size Beige 20lb is the best weighted, cooling comforter available!
I searched for weeks for a weighted and cooling blanket that was not just a throw, but a comforter. So happy just in the first night's sleep! Wait...let me back that up. So happy with the price, same-day delivery, beige color, and . They are a US Company. How refreshing! The comforter is great on the King sized bed. Truly a comforter fit with overhang. Tabs on the comforter to attach inside a duvet, which i intend to purchase next.

Awesome, but fell apart

This blanket has been really awesome, perfect amount of weight, super comfortable and looks really nice. I could t sleep without it! My husband who mocked weighted blankets became obsessed and it even prevented us from fighting over the blankets in the middle of the night ( he steals the covers). The only thing that sucks is 1) it doesn’t come with a cover and you have to go out of your way to find one 2) after a little over 1 year it started developing holes and tiny little beads took over our bed and bedroom. It was super terrible to wake up to beads in my bed and then trying to clean them up was a whole other mess. I have to try to figure out how to get this thing to my garbage without getting beads all over my house. And I hope the garbage man takes the garbage. This thing is heavy.
