It had to look good, stretch to fit, and come in the right color.I bought a sage green at Christmas, sky blue after that, and now have navy for summer. It costs so little to change your look. And there are different textures as well. My navy is velvet, but the sky blue is chenille, and the sage green is more of a suede. I bought 2 of the teal chairs and one ottoman. At first thought: one may think this color would look “cheap” in a living room. CONTRAIRE~~! I’m thrilled with how they compliment the sofa and loveseat I’d just purchased! MATERIAL: I’m not sure what they refer to it in the description but it’s BUTTER SOFT. Velvet perhaps? - COMFORT: The chairs are comfortable (especially with the ottoman). I can’t imagine sitting 8 hours on ANY living room chair, but if you had to: these will keep you comfortable & on the firm side. - ASSEMBLY: Easy as pie. If you can screw in 8 bolts (I didn’t need a tool, but the seller provides it), you’re qualified to assemble! 😂 - DELIVERY: Apparently there aren’t boxes manufactured to accommodate the chairs, so Amazon fashioned their own makeshift box. Both boxes arrived partially opened or ripped open. I attribute that to the odd-sized shape of the item. I would think the mfg would’ve shipped these in a more efficient manner however! When I received these chairs, I didn’t believe they could be from Amazon’s Fulfillment Warehouse; because the boxes were combinations of several boxes, taped together to hold the chair. - DIRECTIONS: It’s easy but there are some important issues the documentation doesn’t cover: 1. The rear legs of the chair use specific wooden parts and longer screws (which were all provided) 2. The ottoman’s “directions” were non existent. I screwed on the legs and figured out (what I wish this Seller included in documentation), that certain legs have to be attached to certain holes. For example, my ottoman looks totally tweaked right now. It’s because I didn’t know there were directions to each piece of wood/leg. Confusing but I figured it out on my own. I hope these last for a long time because I’m loving the Tiffany Blue! I’d have given a “5” star rating if not for the packaging being poor/partially destroyed and lack of specific directions for both ottoman and the chairs. Overall I’d buy these again in a heartbeat. They really make a difference in my living room! ... show more

I bought 2 chairs in November 2022. I loved the color and comfort. Soon after, I realized that the chairs squeaked every time someone sat down. I found myself having to adjust the legs often. Then, the pressed wood beam in one of the chairs broke after my daughter who only weighs 120lbs sat down on it. I really like the look and comfort but I hesitate purchasing again as a year and a half shelf life is just too short. ... show more

NO issues what so ever - ok one - Amazon chose to drop ship this item via USPS - like really ??? - if you think for a single min - the post office - especially the one in Grapevine TX is going to deliver this chair - your seriously fooling yourself - I caught our Postal Outlet in a blatant lie - the posted a "couldn't" deliver the item sticky note in our mailbox - claiming - get this - the driveway was blocked - ya - we live a apartment complex with HUGE driveways & at least 6 doors which they could have parked & brought the box to the apartment door - better yet - the exact day we were to get the chair delivered - I already suspected USPS wouldn't deliver the chair - I went down to the PostOffice & picked the chair up - thus - the day they posted the sticky note - they didn't EVEN have the chair in the delivery vehicle - which is one of those 30+ year old death traps they use - so ya - 5 Stars for the chair - ZERO ZERO ZERO for both Amazon in choosing USPS & USPS for providing incredible crappy customer service - oh - ya - by the way - I've had two heart attacks within 14 months & my heart works between 28-35% efficiency & I managed to pick this box up - put it into the back seat of my F150 & bring up three flights of stairs at our apt complex - so - "if" I could do it - USPS should have easily done it ... ... show more
