This couch is fantastic! After days of reading reviews of different couches on amazon, and also checking out other options like living spaces and IKEA, I ended up taking a chance on this couch. One thing I didn’t like about a lot of couches I looked at in this price range was that the seats looked so small and uncomfortable. My kids and husband loved to sleep on our old couch, and it had these high backs with nice comfy spacious seats. However, we needed a new one since it was falling apart after 12 years. I am telling you, these seats are so spacious and comfy! My husband fell asleep on the couch the first day after we set it up! The installation was a little difficult, mostly when trying to connect the seats together. I could hear the frustration my husband had when trying to do so, so I went to see if I could help in any way. Turns out, 2 are better than 1 on that part. We got it done in no time! Over all, very pleased with this couch! Kids and hubby fall asleep in it almost daily! Passes the test! ... show more

This couch is oversized and amazing. My husband set it up by himself so it’s not too difficult. The fabric is soft and not starchy and/or scratchy feeling. The recliners function perfectly and we love that you can rearrange it in different ways. You can recline to almost fully horizontal and we put the two recliners directly next to each other and can lay back together. You can fit a boat load of people too! Each seat can fit two adults (if you needed to) We are very happy with our purchase. Will update after some time. Update 2/2020 So there are major quality issues with the couch. The foam on the recliners has become flat and we haven’t even had it 6 months. The fabric is sagging, and there is also a 5” rip in the seam of one of the seats fabric. Addressing these issues has been a nightmare. There is virtually no contact from Homelegance itself. And being outside the return window it was a task and a half to get a refund and or replacement. The fabric, foam and frame have a 1 year warranty and we haven’t even had it for half of that. That being said we finally have a return scheduled. So if you want something long term and of good quality seek something else. Not sure if ours was just defective or what. Like I said previously it is very comfortable and attractive but obviously won’t stand up to the test of time. ... show more

    • Terrible Quality. Will Not Last. Seems Separate, Sags, And Sections Fail To Stay Connected

We purchased this sectional in February 2019. It is now August 2023 and this sectional is in horrible condition. I wrote a review just over a year after we purchased this sectional, but for some reason it is no longer here. I am writing another review because every I look at our sectional I get so bothered over how cheaply made it is. Not even a year after purchasing this piece, the seams began to come apart, various parts of it began to sag, and the sections failed to stay connected. The quality of this sectional was horrible from the beginning, therefore it never had a chance to hold up to normal usage. This is a pretty sectional, until it begins to fall apart and ruin the aesthetic of your living space. I definitely would not recommend this sectional to anyone. ... show more

Looks really nice would never know it had recliners . However it’s not withstand even gentle regular use. The cushions have started to sink in already and we haven’t even had it for a year. The recliner of the chase never reclined smoothly back. The back cushion of the chaise does not hold its shape if any pressure is placed on it. The pull for one of the recliners is about to break off. For $1800 I expected this to last more than 10 months. After 2 mo I Finally found a way to reach Homelegance for the manufacturer’s warranty with no help from Amazon. We will see if they will honor it as now it’s been a year since it was purchased. The Uniters warranty that Amazon sells with this was of no help as it doesn’t seem to cover any of these issues. So disappointing. ... show more

My family LOVES this couch. First, assembly was easy, requiring 2 people and about 2 hours, from boxed to finished. Second, with a family of 6 and poorly designed living room, it was extremely difficult to have everyone comfortably seated together, without causing a big problem with traffic flow, but this big couch makes it easy to share a movie, without the usual squabbling over the best seats. It's comfortable enough to even get my gamers to get out of their computer chairs, and interact "IRL" on occasion (in real life). ... show more

Good enough for what we needed. Basic- looks fine in the room. Perfectly acceptable so long as you’re not expecting high-end, rigidly constructed furniture. Again, decent value for the money, and perfectly usable, but understand the price point you’re investing in when making your purchase.

Overall this a great couch! It's extremely comfortable and easy to assemble. However, I had to exchange the first one because there was an issue with the first one; one of the backs were slightly broken and couldn't connect to the seat. It also came with 4 recliners rather than the 3 listed which would have been problematic. The exchange went smoothly though. I definitely recommend purchasing this couch. ... show more
