This was my first time buying a couch online and like a lot of people I saw, I was a little worried about spending money on something I didn’t get to see in person first. After I ordered a lady from the company called to confirm my delievery and narrow down a time other than the 12 hour window they give you at checkout. The lady told me the driver would be in my area from 9-12am on my delievery date and sure enough the driver was here at 9:20am. The man was friendly and helped bring it all the way up to my second floor apartment. Putting it together was super quick and easy. It comes in 6 parts. The base, the three backs and end back cushions that attached the the two back sides. Each part slides in and takes no time at all. I spent way more time breaking down the box than I did putting this thing together. So far so good. The bottom is a little bit more firm than I would of liked but not bad, I’m hoping it softens up a tad with use. The backs and arm rests are soft and comfortable. As far as the reclining goes I fit perfectly fine in it as a 5’9 male. There is a bit of a smell to it but I expect that to go away with time and a wipe down. I’m going to give it 5 stars for now and will update after more use. Even though it’s not 100% what I expect and it has some mild flaws I don’t feel tricked and it was as discribed. My complaints just from not being able to test it first. That being said for the price there is a more than good chance I would still purchase this even after sitting on it first. ... show more

I've had it 2 days so far. So far so good everything from delivery to the feel of this couch went so well. Its so comfortable and soft cushion. Almost like bucket seats. Does not sink in. Feels sturdy. Its not too short. A perfect height for me. As for the delivery it came right on time of the appointment. Was scheduled 9-12 and the driver arrived at 11. The carrier was called ABF. The driver brung in the package without me having to ask. They called an hour ahead to notify. Box came in good shaped wraped with no holes. It was easy to assemble just clip the 3 backsides, thats it no hardware. I would recommend to anyone. Its beautiful and comfortable. I'm just hoping it last like i feel it will. I give this item 0 stars. It should be removed from Amazon. I bought this sofa because I was given an amazon gift card and needed a sofa. What a mistake. The quality is horrific. The color doesn’t match and it arrived damaged. The reclining area where your legs rest popped the minute I sat on it. The fabric ripped at the bottom. I am not a heavy person. The sofa is wobbly and uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe when I opened the box what I was looking at for 550.00. I put it together and my boyfriend placed a piece of wood at the bottom to see if that would help. I called to have it picked up. The customer service for the pick up was rude and unprofessional. So I called Amazon and the problem was resolved. Amazon customer service is hands down the best customer service experience there is! I was able to reach one specific rep that helped me process the refund. Amazon said to please leave my feedback because they will stop this vendor from selling this item to other people on the marketplace. The worst purchase I have ever made on Amazon. You don’t even want this sofa if it is given to you. The legs pop up and it shifts. I am so angry about this purchase I hope I have enough description as to why you shouldn’t purchase it. ... show more

I’ve had this couch for about 10 months now. Now I only sit on the right side ever but... the arm rest cushion has shift so badly that it’s basically like putting your arm on straight wood. That happened about 4 months in. The couch is basically three different pieces connected together and because I only sit on the right side it is starting to separate from the rest of the couch. Lastly the wire that connects to the handle snapped of internally and now I cannot recline it anymore. Honestly not worth what they’re asking for it! My mother bought a couch in 1996 for $250 and not only does she still have it but it still reclines and still super comfortable. ... show more

Ok, well I wasn't looking for something to sleep on, which is a good thing, cause this thing is uncomfortably hard. It looks nice, and is fine for additional seating in a spare room - which is what I purchased it for. Fits the bill, looks nice, but the seat part is not padded much. It partially reclines, which is nice. The back is nice and padded, so it's weird they didn't pad the rump area. Overall a 3-star purchase. ... show more

Great reclining sofa, highly recommend. This sofa was easy to install and all the parts came in one easy to setup box. The metal frame felt solid and the pleather like material felt almost like real leather. Reclining angle felt very comfortable with enough cushion for my 175lbs weight. The release handle and the recline movement was a little stiff but I planned on wearing it in to fix this. Again, very easy to setup and install and it looks great for the price I paid! ... show more

I purchased this for my son. His comment was...it is hard...I mean really hard. when I tried it out...he was right. No padding in the leg portion and almost impossible to get the recliner closed. My advice...just don't do it. Not worth the money.
