We had an older Homedics massage pad for a few years that eventually broke over time. We used it on a daily basis so we needed to replace it. This model works really well, and I like the fabric much better over the older model we had. It is lot smoother and the fabric feels more comfortable. The massager itself works well and feels better as well as it has the seat vibration, which is a plus. The control pad is sleek and has all the options to adjust the nodes to exactly where they need to go depending on your height. Note - we already have the Homedics chair that we had purchased years ago to use with our previous model. I don't know if the chair is still available, but It makes a huge difference to have the chair because it supports the massager a lot better than using a sofa or cushioned chair, plus it has a spot on the arm rest for the control to go. So if you are having trouble using this massager in a seated position, I highly recommend purchasing the Homedics chair, which is a little bit more of an investment, however it will give you a much better and more focused massage.

This is a bit quirky to use, but it has been effective with my aches and pains about 50% of the time. My wife is hot and cooks and cleans, but she stopped the "messages" once she landed me and reeled me in for the long haul with children, of which I adore,.. so I need something to sooth my aches and pains she causes, lol, j/k, sort of. I would recommend getting this for the right price. I use mine on an adjustable bed, works well. I can adjust my position using the bed to focus the kneading rotators where needed and effective.

Totally relax to lie down on it. The relax, calm down and comfort is 60% of massage chair in gym while it’s super convenient. When my day is too long and tired, this is a perfect treat for myself at night, in bed. Try to turn off the neck and do back only. It’s quiet and relieving stress.

Bought this one like 6 months ago. At first it worked well, 6 months later the Back area stopped working. What a bummer. It was mounted to the chair, no hard load at all. Do not buy this one, Heavy Duty it is NOT.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a family member with lower back pain. He was gracious enough to let me try it out and now I regret giving it away. Not really. Well maybe just a little. I was amazed at how great it felt. It is able to target every inch of your back and neck. The rollers move up and down and alternate the direction of rotation so you get a very thorough massage. I was particularly impressed with the amount of pressure it delivers. Really gets in there and works out the knots. The heat feature is also quite nice. I've no doubt I'll be purchasing another one for myself in the very near future.
