I've been using this diffuser for a few weeks now and it works great!! I love the modern look, too. It looks expensive and high quality, which it seems to be so far. It's also waterless and heat-free! So there’s no mess and no need to wipe out and refill. You'll love the mist settings and LED lights :) bonus: it’s cordless and rechargeable. I highly recommend!!! Overpriced stops working after a few months, regardless of whether you maintain/clean

I absolutely loved these at first. I bought three of the bigger ones and three of the smaller ones as well as a ton of the refills spending close to $1000, all in all, in products. They worked great for the first few months. I followed the directions to a T using isopropyl alcohol to clean them out, ect. After a few months, even with cleaning, and maintenance they just do not work as well as they did initially. I don’t know if it’s oil build up in areas that I’m not able to clean. Very disappointing I’ve spent all week trying to clean them out to get them to work as good as they did when they first showed up… pretty disappointing. I knew that these were pretty expensive and I just expected to have the quality behind the expense. I don’t mind spending a little bit more for something that is a bit higher quality but for this it ended up being a super disappointing purchase.

Sleek look and portable, smells great

I recently purchased this cordless diffuser and I am very happy with the purchase. It is battery operated (you just need to charge once and it lasts forever) and can be moved around which I really liked. No cords. The setup was pretty easy and it took me probably 5 mts for the whole process. It has multiple intensity settings and perfect for different times of the day. I did not notice any sounds when operating. I also downloaded the app which was pretty simple. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend.

Buyers please be aware!

Less than 6 months and this diffuser has stopped working. I have 3 others, same diffusers that I purchased around the same time or a few months before. I notified customer service/warranty Homedics, declined to replace under the warranty because I used Air-scent oil, opposed to the SereneScent by Homedics. If you are looking at this product please note, if you use any other oils beside serene scent, they will not stand by warranty. I was disappointed with their response since I have purchased 6 of these diffusers, a couple were gifts do friends/family. If I have to provide any reference it would be to research a diffuser that will allow other oils. I truly do not think it was the oil. It was a bad diffuser. I clean with Alcohol regularly to keep from clogging. The sprayer portion works in the other machines, therefore the issue was due to the electronics and not the oil being sprayed.

Purchased 4 of these in April, this one and 3 of the smaller ones. Worked great for the first 3 months the and now they won’t work at all. Save your $$ and don’t purchase these. Highly disappointed.
