The heating and back massage cushion did not have an opening where I could plug it in and therefore could not connect to an electrical outlet. I emailed my problem and was wanting to return it, to have it replaced. I followed the instructions but could not find a shipping label to return it. It is now passed the deadline to return, so I guess I'm stuck with something I was looking forward to having as I have chronic back pain. It's the only thing I've order from Prime that I have not been pleased with. Forgive my premature evaluation. A friend stopped by my home and I explained my disappointment that the heating/massager didn't work. We played with it for a while and finally found the buttons to turn it on and off did not match up. After some adjusting we finally made the connection.
