The media could not be loaded. We couldn't be happier with these blinds! They're attractive and come in a nice variety of colors, they're super easy to operate, and installation is very simple. When choosing colors, don't forget that when backlit, the blinds will appear lighter- I almost thought our gray blinds were white at first after they were mounted. These do a great job darkening the room by blocking incoming light if the proper size is ordered- if going with external/front mount, you'll want it nearly the same width as your trim to accomplish this. Installation was as easy as putting 4 screws in 2 brackets, and popping the blinds into the brackets. They seem sturdy, too. To open or close, you just push up on them, or pull down on them. No buttons or strings, and they don't hesitate to stay in place (check out the video to see them in operation). All in all, I would consider these are an affordable, simple, and attractive option for window treatments! ... show more

I wanted a cellular blind to reduce heat and light intrusion during warm months on this lower easterly facing window in our stone home and maybe to insulate a little from cold too. Installation went well. Easy even. Brackets and the shade clip together with a good amount of force. And audible sound for each bracket should happen. Check your work and make sure both are engaged. The blind has a nice, light, fluid feel with the blind motor operation. The material is not thick, but the black material inside the cells does do well in blocking light. When we first put this up the blinds looked elegant and sturdy. However, after just two weeks, the top sections of several segments began to detach. Now it looks very junky and we are so disappointed. Would not recommend.
