    • This is a PRETTY thin sheet, but.......
Clear pvc sheeting is extremely expensive. Had to try this one for my garden roof as I can't Spend $100 plus on clear pvc tarp. I'm hoping I can at least get a winter out of this. All the sharp areas I stuffed foam under hoping it won't pierce the sheeting. Time will tell.

I like that hear are clear because I use them on my chicken run and it lets the light in. But just a few weeks in and the seams have torn. I hope they last through the winter.

When I non-Amazon vendor failed to deliver a similar tarp. We have used this for about 6 weeks now, attaching it to posts next to our patio. This helps us form a COVID-19 safe place to socialize in our patio, which we have supplemented with propane heaters. We can still enjoy the view of Puget Sound with this clear vinyl tarp. It has help up well so far with wind, rain and snow, and we haven't felt the need to bring it down. ... show more

UPDATE: held up pretty well in the wind! Pleased with this purchase. ****** I bought this to go over my chicken run and it looks like it will be perfect! Just put it out today and it seems pretty durable. I'll see how it holds up in the rain and wind and update the post if needed, but so far so good! It's pretty clear, but a bit cloudy. Will definitely let in plenty of light, but does obscure the view a bit. I intended to only leave it on when I know it's going to be rainy, so again, not a huge deal. ... show more

I purchased three of these to cover one side of a 30 foot long pen that we have for feral rescue cats. The back side is covered with much stronger translucent tarps. With winter bearing down on us I want to get the enclosure completely covered to protect against the snow and winds. Upon opening the package, I was glad to see that these are much more transparent so the cats can see through it better. But the gladness quickly went away when I attempted to put the first one up. The second grommet that I attempted to use pulled out of the seam. Then the seam pulled away from the plastic with just the slightest pressure, and I do mean slight. That's when I could see just how cheap this plastic is. Same quality as the throw away drop cloths you buy for a few dollars at Home Depot. I didn't even bother to open the other two packages. All three are going back. Cannot believe that we spent over $100. for this crap. The Chinese must have such a good laugh at Americans expense. ... show more
