Takes 13 gallon bags but the container only takes about 9 gallons of trash, so buy the cheap plastic bags. The recycling bin is smaller but it’s handy and hidden inside. If you don’t generate a lot of waste then you will like this can. Stainless steel finish scratches easily but it looks nice.

We've had this for close to a year now, as our primary kitchen trash can. Have had no quality issues. It looks nice and works well. The rubber strap on one side of the inserts to secure the trash can liner tight is a nice touch. It is not smuge-proof, but cleans up easily when necessary.

I like how compact it is and allows for easy storage for recyclables & regular trash. Easy to use and set up, though finding the right bag to fit is a little bit of a challenge (Typical 13 gallons won’t fill to the top since the bins are smaller) but still a great buy.

I love it! From other items I’ve bought that seemed a good deal I was worried this would be small but it’s a good size. Now the bins do look small but I’m sure we will manage so we can have the convenience of both recycling and trash in one pretty bin. Glad I bought it.

I ordered this specifically because of the side step. Cons: the lid is heavy and takes a bit of effort and stress in the step. The bins are quite small and there’s a lot of space left over in the bag upon removal than could fit in the bin. It slides on the floor when opening it. Mine is not up against the wall on the back, and not in the side. Non slip bottom is needed to be applied. Pros: good quality sturdiness. Easy to clean.lid stays open nicely when needed. Bit disappointed with this especially for the price. It is a legit mission to get a bag out of either garbage can because of how narrow both cans are. Bags have split trying to bring it out a couple of times. It's also been very difficult to keep a bag in place as it fills. It's so narrow that it's been difficult to even fill a bag to max capacity, so it's a bit of a waste in money (for the bags) in terms of how often we have to change the bag and how un-full they are. The only PRO here is at least it's aesthetically pleasing as far as garbage cans go. Fits well in smaller spaces. It looks great in the kitchen compared to what we had before. For the cost I won't be replacing it any time soon, but it's a pretty big let down given the price. ... show more
