They're commendably thick, resist tearing, and provide superior value compared to name-brand alternatives. Choosing these bags is an obvious decision given their performance and cost-effectiveness. Their opacity is a definite plus; they aren't nearly as transparent as other bags I’ve used. While competitor bags often claim a 1.0 mil thickness, these are rated at 0.9 mil but undeniably *feel* thicker and exhibit a higher quality. The red drawstrings are also notably robust. Drawstrings on name-brand bags often fray or detach under pressure when dealing with heavy loads. Even with a large volume of Christmas waste, these bags performed exceptionally well. As a responsible practice, we trim the handles before disposal. Although our trash goes to a processing plant where they burn the trash, we want to ensure no wildlife—birds, land animals, or marine life—could get tangled if a bag were to escape during collection or transport. Described as unscented, these bags release a faint, clean aroma when opened. My husband suggests it's simply the plastic, but I find the scent genuinely pleasant. My second order of these bags. First order was great, second was filled with bags that continually ripped apart at the bottom due to seam issues. I was unable to get a refund without sending all the useless bags back. Silly. Probably won’t get again.

This is the easiest way for me to buy Tall Kitchen Drawstring bags and it's one of the most affordable. The bags are sturdy and hold a lot. (I've yet to have one break.) They do not have a scent, which I appreciate. This is my second order and I will put in a third one when these run out.

Good quantity of bags but they are more fragile this time around. May have just been a bad batch, but they ripped very cleanly in half and lost the draw string. Not very much stretch or give.
