Strong, Dependable, and Easy to Use These Amazon Basics tall kitchen trash bags have been surprisingly reliable in my household. The 13-gallon size is perfect for a standard kitchen bin, and the bags fit snugly without slipping down. The drawstring ties are sturdy and make carrying and disposing of trash simple, even when the bag is heavy. I’ve loaded them up with everything from food scraps to broken-down packaging, and they hold up without tearing or leaking. What I like most is the balance between strength and flexibility. The plastic has just enough give so it doesn’t rip when you’re pushing items down into the bin, but it’s not flimsy. I also appreciate that they’re unscented—no overwhelming artificial smells competing with food odors. I received 200 of these bags for an incredible price. They are as thick and sturdy as the name brands, but are much lower priced than even the store brands. For example, 40 of the big box store brand is about $8, and I got 200 of the Amazon bags for about $16. The Amazon bags are also a little bigger at the drawstring area so they don't stretch and break at the top line like some bags do. The drawstring itself is also thicker and ties easier without pulling loose from the bag. All-in-all in my opinion, they are a better product. I recommend and will definitely buy again when I use up this massive quantity! They smell nice, too. ... show more
