The twin over full bunk bed arrived in six boxes. They were pretty heavy so we had to give the delivery driver a hand. Upon opening the boxes, I found all pieces to be extremely well packaged. There was no room for anything to move around as there was plenty of styrofoam to protect everything. I only found a few minor nicks in total. Only one was in a noticeable location when assembled but I was able to just use some touch-up paint I had on hand. The build quality is surprisingly good for the price we paid. The instructions were easy to follow. There is nothing particularly difficult about putting it together. The most tedious steps were attaching the head and footboards to the rails due to being limited to using an allen wrench in a small area. The hardware was individually packaged by type and just about every type contained extra pieces which was nice. Overall it turned out great and our daughter absolutely loves it. ... show more

I absolutely love this bed! It is amazing quality for the price. Our bed did not come with 2 of the inserts in the headboard, however, customer service was very responsive and promptly sent us a piece that, unfortunately, didn't work. However when we brought this to their attention, they immediately sent us the right one. (I honestly blame this on myself for not being specific enough) For both replacement pieces, they did not just send 2, but ten in case we needed them. Something that stood out from other customer services. We now use this bed for our two little girls who share a room, they can jump on the bed and it will not break! The gaps are to big along stairs common to bed frame, things fall in the gaps, so I had to fill with foam rubber.
